The charming family-run Villa Anton is conveniently located directly by the beach, 1.5 km south of the centre of the village of Sukosan, and offers you nice sea views from your room. Free Wi-Fi is provided and smart TVs are provided in each unit. After a day on the beach you can spend delightful evenings on the charming sea-view terrace or in the flower garden. All rooms are air-conditioned. You can also take part in sightseeing tours in Zadar, Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik as well as excursions to the Kornati, Krka, Plitvice and Paklenica national parks, organised by the Villa Anton. The city of Zadar is only 10 km and Zadar airport is only 7 km away. Transfers from Zadar airport are available upon request and at a surcharge.

Breakfast was great with frequent service, more than enough food for us brought to our table, great coffee options, and we even had enough left over to make ourselves a sandwich to take for the day. Main items supplied included yoghurt, nice bread, a cheese and salami/meat plate, eggs, spreads (pâté, nutella, jams, butter), orange juice, croissants, and a bit of fruit. We were all completely stuffed at the end. I managed two macciatos, so tasty... The shower was great with plenty of hot water and soap supplied. I appreciated the niceties in the bathroom as I'd forgotten my shaving cream. I wish that we'd booked an extra day so we could stay and enjoy the beach right across the road!

The location is superb. Beach is near and Zadar is just minutes away. The breakfast was for royals. Lots of variety and very helpful and nice staff.

“Heaven”
Perfect apartment just in front of the sea and at 50 meters to your swim. Quiet, clean, big, and very good host. Yes, a little bit away from the village, 1 kilometer?, but it is just a matter of a short walk. Defenetely we do recomend it. We wish we could have staid longer Many thanks 😊

Very polite and helpful staff ! Clean and well equipped room and restaurant. Spacious terrace with loungers , sun shaders. Top meals in restaurant , reasonable prices. Location with sea just across the main road , speed radar on it so no racers there.

“Convenient location, patchy quality”
Located conveniently close to airport and ferry terminal for early departures; the in-house restaurant (which is really the main act, and recommended) is also a convenience. There are free car parking spaces off the main street in front of the restaurant. Check-in is actually in the restaurant, as is the access to the rooms (past the toilets…) – the separate entrance signposted as “reception” leads into the restaurant again, either to the dining room (right) or the toilet corridor (left). The rooms are on the ground, first and second floor; if you book the sea-facing rooms, you indeed get to see the sea. The interior of the bedroom is a bit conservative (in red and beige, with dark wood imitation), with the bathroom a bit more modern. There is just enough space to move around, but not more. The WiFi worked without a problem. The beds are good; only one pillow type is available, and the folding of the sheets is unusual – I had made a mess of sheets and blanket in the morning. Once the restaurant closes, it is mostly quiet at night, despite the road in front. Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7.30 am; it offers a good choice at a reasonable quality – better than average, probably due to the restaurant connection.

Everything about our experience was perfect. We had taxi service arranged both ways, and even though our flight was delayed, the driver patiently waited for us. The hotel was spotless. Our room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided each day. Breakfast was included and quite delicious. While the options were the same each day, the croissants varied and were absolutely amazing. The dishes at the Konoba, especially the fish, were exceptional. The village owners greeted us warmly every time we saw them—such pleasant people. Many thanks!
