Located on a small peninsula in the peaceful seaside resort of Sukosan, Hotel Belvedere is 10 km south of the main bus and railway station in central Zadar. Here, guests are offered comfortable rooms with balconies, most overlooking the Adriatic. In addition to a private balcony, each room also comes with air conditioning, modern furniture, and a private shower. The Belvedere Hotel is decorated in a maritime theme, and features a large panoramic terrace and a restaurant/bar. Upon request, the hotel offers a transfer service from/to Zadar Airport, 9 km away. The historic city of Biograd lies 18 km to the south. The largest lake in Croatia, Lake Vrana, is surrounded by a nature park and can be reached by car in 25 minutes. Other local attractions include the archipelago of the Kornati National Park, 15 km away, and the Paklenica Gorge National Park, a 30-minute drive from the hotel.

Going to Sukošan was a return to my childhood (we went there couple of times with my parents in the 80´s). I was even able to find the rest of the beach we stayed at the time. The hotel is great, right on the beach with beautiful sea view. Everything was ready and clean, nice smell in the corridors and the room. Comfy bed, small terrace, would be great in Summer with a glass of wine :) The whole family was super friendly and totaly heplfull with everything (for ex. there we some road works in the street guiding to the hotel, so they helped us to get the cars away in advance so we could go where we needed). Delicious food, great wine, close to the airport.. Hope, i´ll have the chance to come again.

Nice clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, good location, close walk to local restaurants, easy parking. Quiet and safe at night. Plenty beach equipment for free use, loungers, cushions, parasols etc.

“Perfect family hotel for a peaceful holiday.”
Everything! Lucien and his family were fabulous hosts and they have a wonderful hotel. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, their service was outstanding and the location of the hotel is perfect. We were helped with excellent local recommendations and nothing was too much. We had a thoroughly enjoyable 4 nights at Hotel Belvedere and we will definitely be returning. “Amazing stay!”
Sukošan is an amazing place and Hotel Belvedere is located in a very good part of it. The hotel was quite and clean. Staff were smiley and helping all the time. The food served at the restaurant was very delicious and big portioned. The sea was amazing and there was a direct access. Hotel provided us umbrellas and sunbeds.

Fantastic localization ca. 7 km from Zadar Airport and city of Zadar. Comfy room with balcony and view on the sea. Fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. Calmly area with stone beach. Amazing breakfast. Wonderful and helpful owners who care about the comfort of their guests. Thank you for the conversations and the delicious scrambled eggs for breakfast. I felt at home! This was my first stay in Croatia and thanks to you it will be unforgettable. <3 :-)

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Belvedere. The staff are wonderful and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. Breakfasts were plentiful with the option of freshly cooked eggs/omelette/scrambled. Meals in the evening were really tasty and both the food and bar prices were very fair. The staff are outstanding, so friendly and eager to make our stay memorable. Between them they made every guest feel valued and welcome and their humour reflected a happy Team we thought.

“Great hotel and staff!”
Everyone was super friendly! We had done a bit of research ourselves for things to see in the area, but we are very glad we asked the staff as well. We got a lot of other great tips and they had local knowledge about opening hours and the best places to go in the spring. The food was great as well! We had dinner every night we stayed there. Good value for money and they remembered what we ordered the day before. We will definitely come back some day. All the best from the Danish couple who played yatzy.
