“Lovely place”
Absolutely perfect, Ema is lovely and very helpful whatever you need or you need to know. The beach is very close with some coffee shops. Quite and very relaxing place.

“Great room with air conditioning”
The room was clean and tidy, as well as bathroom. Room has air conditioning which is a big bonus. Above all, Ema and her brother Tomi are really friendly and absolutely great hosts. We had a small issue with the car, and they provided much appreciated help which they were not obligated to do.

Very warm welcome from Ema and Tomi. Aleays ask if we need something. Both very helpful in recommending restaurants (which we also visited and now also recommend) in both Sukosan (Veseljak) and Zadar (Urnebes) and with just about everything (beaches, shortcuts…) Sand and pebbles beaches both 5 mins walking as well as fully equipped centre (bakery, fast foods, restaurants…). Room with terrace has really large terrace with view to the street, but no loud neighbours around. Sound from city centre was acceptable. Room with balcony has view to the garden. Garden was all time available, perfect for beer and book ;-) No loud neighbours as well. Beer on tap and icecream available just little up the street or at the beach or in the centre just few mins walking. All rooms with AC, room with terrace with new smart tv.

Slavko was a great host. We did everything to make us to feel confortable. We did a fantastic bbq in the garden and the room was well equipated. The location was great, next to the beach and to restaurants.

Everything here is a must! Slavko is super cute, he can help you with everything in the zone and it is available for every request. The beach is very near, like 3min walking. The balcony with the rocking chair and the infusion offered by the structure are a must for the evening. Restaurant in the city center are in 5min walking. I will miss Slavko <3
