Everything was perfect

Very high standard apartment, I was very positively surprised. Very well equipped and a lot of small details covered. Very conveniently located in the coast and close to Zadar airport. It's a pity we could only spend one night there with an early flight the following day, we could have gladly enjoyed a longer stay. Congratulations for the good job done!

Super big and extra clean apartaments. We were looking to stay near Zadar and I believe we found perfect location. Included breakfest in a nearby restaurant was marvelous, all the staff we met there was very kind and helpful.

We stayed two nights at the top floor on the sea side. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Nothing to complain about.

Luxurious apartment room. Extremely comfy bed. Huge shower. Very quiet.

Great people. Not easy to find people in Croatia with this level of hospitality. Owners and crew were very nice. The quality of the hotel room is like in a 5 star hotel.

“Luxury in a peaceful town”

It is an amazing apartment. Fully equipped, brand new, nice odour once you enter. Big parking lot. Beautiful harbor panorama. The owner speaks very good English and nice things the dogs as well

It was really outstanding quality, if every apartment would be like Niko´s we would be super happy. All was perfectly clean, when they mentioned fully equipped kitchen it was more than it, everything on place and in order no mess from previous travellers like we are used to. It was more tidy than i could do it myself. I appreciate that everything was working, all things refilled (coffe capsules, sugar, soap, toilet paper, etc.) and first time in my life i felt like i am the first host in new partment. I have to mention also big beds with very comfort mattress I slept great here. Close to grocery store, to the port and by car close to Zadar. We didnt went on dinner or for breakfast but next time we definetly will try. Thank you very much for great stay even for one night.

“A hidden gem few steps from the marina”

Wow , what a surprise ! An hidden gem! Super kind and helpful staff, very clean, cozy and stylish place. An absolute care in details makes you feel at home away from home. Don't believe my words? Try it and you'll be like me: wow ! The location for me was as perfect as it could be, in literally few steps from the marina. A perfect place if you have your boat there. I'll have to come back few other times this winter and no doubts, this is the place I will stay!

Very good apartments. The rooms have everything you need for your stay. Recommended if you want to travel with kids. Breakfast and dinner were very great.

A very warm welcome from great host. Apartment was huge and had everything you need. Clean. Super comfy bed. Good parking. Local to everything. Shame we only had the one night stay.
