Our hosts were so helpful, gentle and could not have done more for us. Our bungalow was spacious with a great veranda for lounging. The breakfast is huge and delicious. We both had a massage in their lovely onsite massage room. 300 baht for one hour. We borrowed bikes to cycle to the old town down a lovely country road through rice fields and temples. The bikes were really well maintained with locks and lights. A great stay - highly recommended.

Perfect spot to explore the historical parc. Just 15 minutes away by bicycle which are provided for free from the owners. Delicious thai breakfast. Don’t miss out the sweet cafe on your way to the parc.

Once you enter the compound, you feel like you’re being invited to stay with a local family! You’ll be well-looked after. They serve you breakfast daily and it’s not just a typical buffet style sitting on a long table for hours. The hosts will ask what time you’d like breakfast to be served, and on the dot, they will bring you a freshly cooked meal - soup, rice, meat, veg! Not many people’s idea of breakfast, but a lovingly prepared meal? I’m not complaining! If you’re lucky enough to score on of the bungalow units, you will have an entire verandah to yourself. But even if you didn’t manage to get one of the bungalows, the longhouse also has ample communal space for relaxation overlooking a small rice field.

The little cabin was a corner of paradise for our few days in Sukhothai - we used the wrap-around deck for everything from exercise to hanging out & playing cards on the big round table, to hanging laundry. Breakfast each morning was absolutely incredible! We enjoyed amazing Thai dishes, lots of local fruit, home-made jam and butter... and there was always so much food that we often couldn't finish it all; we often only had breakfast here and then an early dinner out. Watching the sunset over the rice terrace in the main building is highly recommended! The rocking chairs make this a great place to read a book and/or take a nap. The hosts are so kind and generous, they offered to help us with anything we needed. The bikes that were included in our stay ran like butter and were very comfortable - we used them every day to go visit the old town and venture for food. The location puts you in the middle of plenty of great restaurants, not just the ones in the old town, which was a huge bonus for us, not to mention the gorgeous bike rides from the homestay to get to anywhere you may go!

Really Nice Homestay with very friendly owners who prepared the most gorgeous Thai Breakfast every morning, They even cooked especially Vegetarian food for our daughter 💕 We drove around the rice paddy’s and temples on the free bicycles included with the room! Highly recommended 🩵

The breakfast was great cooked the kids meals as requested also. Location was good close to everything we wanted to see. The staff/hosts were friendly and very accommodating.

“Lovely oasis in bustling Sukhothai”

Quiet and safe oasis set back from the busy streets. Lots of care, attention and love has been poured into this place run by a family. Hosts are friendly and attentive. There was a good mix of foreigners and local tourists (so nice to mingle if that's your thing). We had a car and it was under 10 mins drive from the old town. You can borrow bicycles or rent a scooter too.

Hosts were very nice and accommodating. They also helped us find a good driver to bring us to our next stop in Chiang Mai. The room and premises are very clean.

Suk Sabai Homestay is a gem 💎 The cottage we booked was so spacious, clean and beautiful in a Thai traditional style. Bed was comfortable and linen of good quality. If you pay attention to don't leave doors open you don't have any problems with mosquitoes 🦟. The location was good. We had a car so it was perfect for us. The host were extremely kind and helpful and having breakfast there has been like having breakfast with their family.

The people, the surroundings, the location ! We absolutely loved our stay. We felt very welcome and so well taken care of. The breakfast is homemade and delicious, with so so many options to choose from. Sukhothai (modern city) is not the most beautiful place, so being able to stay in such a gorgeous site with such a great service while discovering the must-do Historical Park is an absolute treat. We felt very lucky we found this place.
