“The Hostess with the Mostess.”

First and foremost, our hostess was lovely and she made us feel so welcome. Her dogs were adorable and we had our own guardians during the whole length of the stay (not that you'd need any in Sukothai). We had the downstairs appartmen to ourselves, which was great. Breakfast was a real cooked, Thai-style breakfast. Our hostess provided us with bikes free of charge, a must to visit the historical park. And Sano House is just a stone's throw away. We had a lovely stay !

Comfortable room for a budget stay. The highlight is clearly the huge and very good breakfast. The owner is extremely kind and welcoming, and really makes an effort to communicate in english. Bicycles are available. There are also a few friendly dogs around! Overall, a very warm and enjoyable place to stay.

“A great little homestay in sukhothai”

The host was very friendly, and even let us borrow some bikes. She gave us information about the historical park. Breakfast was really good and our dietary needs were accommodated. A really nice place to stay!

Very close location to the historical park, nice owner with extra friendly dogs, free bikes for use, delicious local breakfast and a nice room with all you need. We forgot something there and they did everything they could to deliver it to the next city we were in. Would strongly recommend!

“Lovely guesthouse in the heart of Old Sukhothai”

A lovely family-run guesthouse, 5 mins by (free!) bicycle from the Sukhothai Historical Park. The bed is firm and comfy, the bedroom has a wardrobe and enough space for luggage, the wet bathroom is large and the shower is warm and strong. There is a private dining room for breakfast as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of evening food (including a night market) within walking distance. The owner was kind enough to prepare separate breakfasts according to our dietary requirements; she communicated quickly and clearly before and during our stay. There are a number of dogs at the property, however they are friendly and the owner will call them away if you feel uncomfortable. Highly recommended!

Amazing hosts, the lady is super nice. The room is clean and has everything you need (shampoo, towels, water, fruit, soap, even bikes to go to the historical park). There’s a kitchen you can use as well. They make great breakfast every day 🙏🏼

“Amazing”

Everything was perfect. The location is really convenient, at 5mn from the temples. The lady is really sweet and an amazing cook, we arrived super late and she waited for us. She let us borrow her bicycles to visit the temples which was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, with everything needed. Thank you again!

Friendly hosts, tasty breakfast which was left at the time I requested. Water bottles in the fridge and fruit in the room was a nice touch. Room as described and with air conditioning, spacious ensuite bathroom.

We loved staying in Sano House. We were treated excellently from the moment we arrived, when we were allowed to check in an hour early. The hosts were very accommodating to all of our needs and even provided a great breakfast in the morning. We are also big fans of the lovely dogs on the property. The location is quite close to the Historic Park which was very convenient. Overall we were very happy here and would stay again if in Sukhothai.

“Nice apartment, great for exploring Sukhothai”

Our stay was great :) The host of the apartment is very nice. We got breakfast at the apartment every morning and we could take bikes for free from the apartment to explore the historical site. The air conditioning was working fine and the place was clean.

Great location and the hosts were so accommodating- we arrived in the early morning on an overnight bus and they made up our room early so that we had somewhere to stay and to rest. They had bikes to use for free which was really great for the historical park!

“Great place to stay in Sukhothai”

this is a very good place - the owner ladies are friendly and kind, the place is comfortable and very clean, the bed has white sheets which is always welcome as it is impossible to reuse them between one day stay guests... the bed is very comfortable, the air con works well, the bathroom is clean, there is a little kitchen that we could use - certainly a bonus to have a microwave. The breakfasts were very much to our taste - the lady cooked some local food for us which we preferred to egg omelettes. The street is quiet, the location is great, in the old town, on Saturday and Sunday there is a market in the street and in the park. There is a 7/11 shop, some restaurants. It is strongly recommended, probably the best place where we stayed so far in Thailand. There are also bikes that can be used.

“Amazing owners, awesome location, fantastic breakfast”

The owners were so friendly and welcoming. We loved sitting on the terrace outside our room. The house was in a perfect location for visiting the historical park. The bikes were free and very good quality and lots of them to choose from. We had the ground floor room and although we didn’t have a balcony we did have a big terrace to sit on and an inside dining area where our breakfast was served in a morning. The breakfast was the best we’ve had, so much fruit and home made cakes and sweet things as well as egg and rice. We really appreciated it!!

They was very nice, they even lent us 2 bicycle to visit the city. So kind ! The room was very comfy and clean ! Perfect !

“Great homestay to visit Sukhothai Historical Park”

Very warm welcome. Rooms are well maintained, location is great (very easy to walk to the historical park), and the host is very friendly and helpful. She offer to do laundry for us, provided delicious food (breakfast and snacks), kept our bags while we were roaming around and help us organize our trip to Si Shalanai and to phitsanulok Bus station.

We received a very warm welcome from our host. The thai breakfast was delicious too! I highly recommend.
