A wonderful guesthouse very near the Sukhothai bus terminal. We were surprised with the cleanliness and hospitality of the owners. Super kind and super helpful! They serve very tasty breakfast. If you need a room for visiting Sukhothai, serach no more- this is the place. They also rent scooters and bikes.

Good value for money for a private room with bathroom. Yes they could do with upgrading but to be honest I prefer rooms like this which are comfortable and functional for a few nights when travelling on a budget. Super close to the Bus station but far from the historical park. They rent new scooters(best Ive rented in Asia) from the hotel which is super convenient to explore the central and surrounding parts of the historical park.

The location is great. Right next to the bus station, perfect for early travel to Chiang Mai.

Clean and tidy property and room. Bottled water, fridge, AC and towels included which was great! The location was perfect, we arrived at midnight and the property is round the corner from the bus stop and the staff were there to welcome us. We were also able to hire bikes from the hotel for a great price.

The perfect place to stay in Sukhothai. Located just front of the Sukhothai bus terminal. Very easy to navigate and easy to use all of your attractions. The lady standing at the reception,she speak English and handle all the issues and provide good care and support. She organised all transport and required for their clients. Good location, good breakfast, good service, clean and big value for money. Thanks for all. Highly satisfied and recommended.

Value for money even though there's a few downsides. It's clean, beds are really soft (maybe too soft...), the area (out of town) is very quiet, hot water in the shower. It's family run and they have motorcycles (a must if you're staying there) for rent, a breakfast menu with really good prices, and drinks/snacks for very affordable prices. It was enough for 2 nights that we stayed there for the price we paid.

Excellent location, it's very near by the bus terminal. Good service: cafe, breakfast and bike rentals etc. The staff are very kind and always available. Great value.

The room is big enough. It had a private bathroom and shampoo, toilet paper. Even bottles of water. The bed was quite comfortable. Aircon was working well. Lovely and helpful staff. They sell snacks and drinks for a good price.

Perfect location if you will take a bus for another city (is in front of the place). The hostel is close to the new city, but if you want to explore the old city (Historic Park of Sukhothai) you need to take a motorcycle (15 min) and you can rent in the hostel.
