Large rooms with clean bathrooms, wonderful space to sit in the verandah with a super breakfast. Host is very friendly. In house pottery studio.

I was having trouble getting a 7am GRAB car to the airport. Fortunately, the owner offered their airport shuttle service at short notice. I really appreciated that. The location is excellent, being just a short 5 minute walk to the historic site entrance.

Lovely newly built room, very clean, comfy, big size. Comfy bed, nice sheets, towels, facilities and spotlessly clean. Lovely outside sitting area. 5 minutes walk to town centre. Free bicycles to use and motorbike rental too.

All outstanding. Clean and comfortable room in nice property. Interesting neighbourhood with ceramics workshops. Very quiet but only 5 minutes from markets shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful owner with excellent English. Very good breakfast!

Everything great, from hospitality, cleaning, Lady was helping me with any need and request. Breakfast was amazingly good, she also prepared it take away as I left early to reach the airport. Bikes are free.

I stayed here with my two teenage kids and we had an excellent experience. Usa is an amazing host — very kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Free bicycles were offered, which we used to get around easily and really enjoyed. The location was extremely convenient, within the old city and within walking distance of the night food market, which had an exceptional setting. A truly great experience overall, highly recommended.

The guest house is situated near by the Historical park, the museum, market the food night market and other faciliities. You could borrow a bicycle for free and cycle around. The staff is super nice and helpful. The room is spacious and well equipped.

Delightful stay. Big room with all you need. Big breakfast too. Well positioned.

The original place had apparently airco problems so we were moved to a newly built house not far away. We were the very first guests in this new place and therefore it was spotless. No complaints whatsoever.

“Great location homestay”

The location is perfect - really close to the historical park and restaurants. Definitely better to stay in the old city rather than the new one. Nice and quiet. Very pleasant sitting out on the veranda by the garden. Good shower. You could borrow free bikes, which is very handy (but the bikes do need a bit of maintenance, so if you are particular then hire one near the park entrance instead). Top tips - cycle, go to the northern sector too, Chandra's restaurant is very good

Staff more than friendly. They gave us free use of the bikes and also the day after they let us use the room even after the check out time.

Usa the lady who is in charge was lovely. Breakfast outside our room in the morning was very nice. Location in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the main street/area suited us very well. Everything felt very Thai, which is about right for rural Thailand.

“10/10 stay”

We really enjoyed our stay, we ended up staying another night. It is a lovely guest house, the room is huge, bathroom very clean. We were given a corner room with a lovely outside area near banana trees. Our host was exceptional, she gave us a map, highlighted some places in the area. Even cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning outside our room which we loved (fried vegetable rice with egg, amazing fresh fruit). The pottery is beautiful and loved that everything was served in her pottery, you can buy something too! There are a few dogs that are adorable on-site too but won't bother you if you aren't a fan of them, we loved though! Location also great, 5-10 mins from historical park and evening Market that runs every day except Mondays. Free bikes if you need them too, we used them everyday. Perfect!!!

Wonderful location, some minutes by bike to the beautiful ruïnes and temples. Very friendly host! A variety of fresh fruits and fried rice for breakfast.
