Our stay was absolutely lovely. The host was really kind and we loved the free bikes. Especially because the historic park is so tranquil and fun to explore and it's very close to the accommodation (5m cycling.) Breakfast was a huge plus, which we weren't expecting - toast, and fresh fruit every day. We loved our stay and we didn't want to leave. We would love to come back some day.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing. The owner was lovely and even offered us a lift to the bus station on checkout. Away from traffic, so very quiet.

Jap Jap who runs the accommodation is incredibly friendly. He did many things to make my stay better. He took me into town on his motorbike, changed the breakfast menu to something more Thai and drove me to the bus station.

Easily best place we've stayed with the loveliest host who goes over and beyond to help you through Google translate. New place, quiet as out of the main old town which is fine as bikes are free and they have lights. Free tea/coffee/toast/fruit in the morning and he gave us a lift to the Old Town Win Tour bus station for our bus to Chiang Mai. Large room, plenty of space to sit in side and outside.

Beautiful complex, very modern, spacious and clean. The owner was so sweet and so friendly, despite there being language barriers, he always took the time to try communicate with us via Google translate and made us feel right at home! We had lovely breakfasts every morning and the use of free bicycles was a lifesaver to explore the old town. The owner even dropped us back to the bus station when we left for free :) We stayed longer than planned purely because of comfort and kindness here and cannot wait to come back

I stayed in one of the detached chalets and it was excellent. Very clean, spacious and quiet. The owners are extremely polite and very helpful. We had our dinner in the garden where each accommodation has it's own well lit seated area. Wonderful peaceful sleep and in the morning toast , butter, jam ,fruit and tea and coffee provided for breakfast. I can honestly say that this is the best value and most enjoyable stay I have had in 3 months of travelling in Thailand. If you are in this area and looking for somewhere to stay I would highly recommend. 🙂

“Very Nice”

Very friendly staff. Drove me to the bus station on the day I left. Bed is super comfy. Little outside the oldtown but you can take the bycicles for free.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The owner had gone to great effort to make the stay enjoyable with free bikes and a detailed recommendation pack on the room.

I had a bike accident in transit so arrived late. When the owners saw me torn and tattered they bundled me in their car and drove me to a pharmacy to get bandages etc. then waited about 20 mins for me to buy some food. That does beyond the call of duty. The rooms were extremely clean and the bed was perfect for me. Great place to stay.

The family that runs be place are wonderful. Everything is nice and clean. Bed is COMFORTABLE They are actively taking the time to improve their place for.fitite guests. There is onsite parking. Free bikes to borrow. Nice local neighborhood. Seating area outside. Free coffee/hot water.

The quality for the price at this accommodation is unbeatable! The bed was the largest and most comfortable of our entire trip. The place is very new and incredibly clean. The owner even asked if we wanted our room cleaned halfway through our stay, even though we were only there for 3 nights. There’s a mini fridge with complimentary water bottles, and the shower is separate from the toilet, which is uncommon but very much appreciated. The hostel offers free bicycles, and the owner, although he doesn’t speak English, was extremely kind and even drove us to the bus stop. There’s hot water available, along with free tea and coffee. We had a very positive experience and highly recommend it!

“Perfect in every way”

Run by the sweetest family. In a beautiful peaceful location, free bikes to use to explore the ancient city which is a very close cycle. Room was lovely bright, airy and super clean. We were given a free lift to the bus station, we really enjoyed our stay ❤️

The wifi was so strong, very clean, quiet place, but I think except me there was 1 more person which I never saw except his shoes. It was very quiet, so definetly nice to come back after an eventful day

Good size room and bathroom. It was clean and comfortable with good aircon and fan. Fridge and kettle with some instant coffee and water. Very quiet rural location

Really nice place, free bikes to take out and the owner even offered to take us to the bus station at the end of our stay. Obviously by no fault of the owners, but Sukhothai has a lot of bugs as it is farming land, and some of them make their way inside, so make sure to bring lots of bug spray.

The room is new, comfortable, and clean. You can borrow a bike for free to go around, and it takes a 10-minute ride to go to the main historical park. The family that runs the resort is extremely adorable. It's a place where I 'd like to come back.

“Exceptional stay in Thailand”

This was one of our most memorable stays in Thailand. First and foremost, cleanliness was impeccable, a crucial aspect for me. The bed was not only super comfortable but also spacious. The owner, one of the nicest individuals we met on our trip, genuinely cared about our experience in his home. He regularly checked if we were content with our stay. They even had free snacks, which was a nice bonus. We could borrow bicycles to explore Sukhothai which turned out to be so much fun. The old town and historical park were just a comfortable 7-8 minute ride away from the resort, yet located in a quiet street. The location couldn't have been more perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough.
