The best budget accommodation in the perfect location to see the temples. Theses a 7 eleven 100 Mtrs away , massage shops , restaurants and laundry shop , bicycles to hire 30 Bart for the day . My room was very clean , good shower and air conditioning worked well . Free breakfast too ! I’d recommend

Spotlessly clean room and bathroom with a constant supply of hot water. Air conditioning worked efficiently. Great location just a few minutes walk from the entrance to the historical park. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A basic breakfast (toast and jam, bananas and biscuits with tea or coffee) provided. For the price this provided excellent value for money.

“Best place to be in Sukothai for little money”

There was a small breakfast and free coffee and tea in the morning. It was very central and calm. To main temple only 5 min to walk.

The old city boutique house was in the perfect location a short walk away from Sukhothais historical park plus the night market. The staff were also very friendly and offered free tea and coffee in the morning:) The room itself was very clean and quiet plus had aircon which was a bonus !!

A spacious clean room with a small balcony! Night market and 711 in one-minute walk. There are free toast + jams/butter and bananas in the morning. I like that there's a lamp by bed, and that there are multiple windows in the room. The view was just the neighborhood street, very quiet and peaceful. I liked watching pigeons from balcony. There were a lot of them. I didn't interact with the owner too much, they seemed to be happy people.

Great place to stay. Very near the historic park and restaurants nearby. Room was clean. Breakfast was fine for us (coffee, toast, biscuits and fruit). Also very reasonable price.

Total mystery to me why so much online information seems to point people to New Sukhothai as the only place to stay. This is a decent set up - one of quite a few - right in the heart of the tranquil but pleasant and authentic feeling Old City area, in a perfect location for accessing the archaeological park, hiring a bike, and visiting the night market. A bit of basic breakfast in the morning is thrown in. Although there is a language barrier, the hosts are smiley and helpful. Showed us where to catch the bus to Chiangmai, and brought my water bottle there on their moped when I advertently left it at the hostel after checking out. Quiet street, but only just off the main drag. Rooms are pretty basic, but perfectly serviceable, and even had a fridge.
