“Very nice stay in Sukhothai”

Very Nice accommodation, not far from the main temples. It was quiet and comfortable. We had an excellent stay and we would not hesitate to book again in the future.

A very relaxing, small and peaceful resort. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hosts were always helpful and arranged taxis for us whenever needed. Good breakfast and main meal options.

“A little slice of heaven”

Everything! It is a little slice of tranquil heaven! The host is a really lovely lady and her dog Panda 🐼 was so sweet - we loved being greeted by her wagging her tail with her happy little face every day 🥰 We enjoyed staying here for a couple of nights whilst we checked out the old town. Absolutely worth staying here, it is a bargain. I LOVED the architecture of this place too. It’s gorgeous!

Cabins are cosy and resort has beautiful plants & flowers. Owner is very kind and helpful. Tip: rent a bike to visit the old city!

“Little Paradise in old town Sukhothai”

Beautiful paradise in Sukhothai. Perfect location. Close to nature but only a few minutes by bike from the town centre and Historical Park. The owners are very nice and helpful. Dew is also a very good cook, we really enjoyed the Thai breakfast!

What a beautiful little oasis. Lots of nice little touches. The rooms are bigger on the inside than on the outside!! Tasty breakfast, but coffee was a bit weak and I don't really think they should charge extra for a top up: it's pretty standard just about everywhere when served with breakfast. German owner very gracious even though I did arrive pretty late. I only wish I could have stayed longer. One of the nicest places I have stayed in si far on this trip.

Very quiet and far enough away from the hectic in the town. Green, green .... like a botanical garden, beautiful. Friendly staff, clean and very comfortable. Eating in and having dinner recommended at the hotel rather than in the tourist restaurants down town.

“An Oasis in Historical Sukhothai.”

We had a wonderful five days staying at the Deluxe Bungalow with a private view of a small lake, fields, far off hills, lovely sunsets and the chirping birds especially at sunset. The property itself is wee slice of tropical paradise. The owners, Dew and Andreas clearly take great care and pride in their resort. The hospitality was superb, we especially enjoyed dining in on the occasion and sharing pleasant conversations. Last but not least, for dog lovers, Panda the four year old resident dog was sweet and welcoming. Panda is very empathetic and loves to be near people. She often came to our balcony to enjoy sunsets with us. We highly recommend Happiness Resort as a tranquil paradise a few minutes out of the hustle bustle of the old city. We look forward to be able to return in the future. Khob khun ka 🙏

Owners/ hosts were friendly and helpful. Rooms very spacious and bathrooms clean and well presented. Excellent location and beautiful grounds.

I loved staying at the Happiness Resort, it is located close to nature and beautiful countryside roads with views on hills and temple ruins. The historical center is easily accessible, yet you are away from the noise and touristic vibes. I personally enjoyed cycling around. The resort’s garden is a highlight, full of greenery details, it’s a perfect place for self-retreat or meditation, or to relax. Very clean and comfortable room and amenities. The owners are kind and welcoming! I would have liked to stay longer!

“Fantastic Hidden Away Gem”

Very warm welcome by both owners Cosy collection of bungalows just out of town in its own jungle. Designer sink and local wall artwork were a nice touch Breakfast choice and quality was great Bike rental and laundry were easy to arrange. Bed very comfy and AC good too.

We loved everything there. It‘s really a place for happiness. Lovely people, beautiful garden, like a little jungle, good food on a very quiet place. With bicycles, which you can rent there, you need 20 minutes to go to the historical park.

The place is amazing, quiet, with lovely bungalows nestled in a beautiful lush garden. I wished I could have stayed there longer. The lady is very nice, wellcoming and helpful; bungalows are very nicely decorated, with taste. The lady took care of my laundry, for a very decent price, and we could rent bicycles too. It is the best place I stayed in in my journey in Thailand.

The resort was very peaceful and surrounded by nature. Everything is perfect and the staff is super. They helped us with all our needs, provided us with a couple of bikes to tour the city with and prepared the best meals. Special mention for Panda, the mascotte of the resort. She's a super cute dog that welcomes you upon arrival and guides you around the place. Make sure you cuddle her, please!

Quiet place to relax. Not too far from the old town. A good atmosphere with a lot of vegetation. Few bungalows in a great location with kind people

Happiness Resort is an enchanting place, with its collection of beautiful and charming wooden bungalows along a path that is beautifully kept and makes up a colourful and luxuriant garden. Dew and Andreas are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and pay attention to every detail. We hired bikes for 80TBH for the whole day, which made riding around the entire historic centre a great pleasure. Happiness Resort is perfectly located to visit historic Sukhothai. Andreas gave us perfect recommendations for a scenic circuit. The bungalow was impeccable, clean, comfortable, cosy, and charming. The only negative thing about our stay is that we stayed only one night! I would be happy staying a week or more! We were made to feel at home.

The bungalows were clean and tidy in a great location surrounded by well kept vegetation. The owner was kind and friendly and prepared tasty breakfasts for us. The place is a short car/scooter ride away from the main action of Sukhothai which was great for us as we had our own vehicle.

We loved Happiness Resort! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. My kids absolutely adored Panda the dog and they miss him already. It is a truly beautiful place to stay, very lush and clean.
