We had a clean and spacious room for our family of 5 (it has been rare to find places that accommodate pur fanily of 5 in 1 room). The pool was great and much needed after a hot day exploring the area. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to have breakfast. Need to call a taxi/Grab to get to the historical area, but this is easy enough to do. We also just spent some time relaxing on the property and walking to a nearby night market festival. Luc was very friendly and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We also just enjoyed chatting with him. The place accommodated our early breakfast needs before we headed off to the airport. We highly recommend this place to stay with kids!

I decided to relax a few days on my three month journey. I got over-templed and wanted to see nothing more for a few days. If you‘re a walker like me, Baan Georges might be a little off, unless you rent a vehicle. I also decided to extend my Visa in Sukhothai, which put aside the buzz of a big city. I asked Luc, the owner, a guy from Belgium, fluid in german and english, if he could order me a cab for the other day. You know what? He brought me himself there. What a guy! The immigration office was supereasy! 15 minutes and out we were. The two ladies at BG were attentive, the rooms are nothing short but luxurious! I sunbathed, swam in the pool more than often, chilled on my terrasse, enjoyed breakfast on the roof (the view!) and strolled around the city. Again, Sukhothai not my #1 place to go, but for regeneration and office issues, i cannot recommend Baan Georges more!

It was lovely to sit out on the terrace and watch the world go by, excellent swimming pool, style and size of rooms, good tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely ancillary staff. Manager Luke was able to offer helpful tips when approached about local services.
