I would recommend this place! It’s spacious two bedrooms apartment located in quite convenient location, along main road, which is easy to either go to Sukhothai historical park or city. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, definitely suitable for groups of four or family.

Convenient location on the upper floor of a western style restaurant (where we had lunch). The place was huge, very clean and had full kitchen and a large screen tv with Netflix. Street parking right outside the front door. Excellent coffee shop right across the street. Bedrooms were large, clean and comfortable with opening windows with screens. Overall we were very happy with the apartment.

The apartment is amazing! Close to the main attractions, super comfortable, clean, we had everything we need for a couple of days. We could meet a nice café in front of the accomodation, and also there is a restaurant with delicious food 2 floors under the apartment. We really loved our time there!

Kayla and John were lovely hosts, very helpful and friendly. The apartment is spacious and clean. The property is easy to find. However, I would suggest you pack some ear plugs as the road can get a bit noisy.

A very nice and spacious Apartment with very friendly and helpful owners. The perfect place to stay when you have small children and need more than one room. Clean, pretty and very well air-conditioned. It's no problem at all to catch a grab ride to the old town and you get to the new centre by foot in 15min.

What an absolute treat this place was. Think we could have setup a volleyball court in the living room, it was massive. The rooms, super spacious with comfy beds. Everything here was just fabulous. The hosts, super friendly, run the restaurant downstairs and even brought our dinner up (a la room service). A 10 minute tuk-tuk ride to the old town, which was fine as we arranged a driver when we arrived at the bus station. No negatives here, it was great. Would highly recommend.

It was an amazing place like a second home abroad.We were already a little tired with hotel’s rooms and we took this apartment in Sukhothai,it was such a good decision!!!New,modern style livingroom,very big space with partly kitchen and eating place plus two bedrooms!!!Bathroom and toilet separately-everything in this flat clean and very nice equipped!Owners were very friendly and helpful.We stayed here in my opinion really to short,because this place and Sukhothai offers much more than You could expect!!!Close to 7Eleven and an interesting morning local market.Very good idea to visit ancient city with people from Cycling Sukhothai Bicycle tour Thailand and check theirs other trips around.Definitely we would like to stay here again!
