“Comfortable and Convenient”
Very comfortable hotel in a handy location. Staff were nice with good English. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

It's very close to the metro, though it's a little far away from the center of Osaka. Lots of restaurants and shops close by.

“Amazing stay with great hospitality.”
The location is very close to esaka metro station. The hotel staff was so polite and so helpful. We had a wonderful experience. Hotel wifi was also very fast. The coffee shop outside was also nice. There was a fire drill planned and hotel really make sure that everyone is aware about it.

Location closed to train station and resturants. The hotel also included free breakfast and the quality of breakfast is very good.

Very good location directly opposite the train station. The staff is excellent, helpful and polite. Everyone is as one. At first we thought it was strange that the lobby was on the second floor above a shopping area, but then we didn't mind. The icing on the cake is that there are plenty of restaurants in the basement that are open until at least 9pm, so you can grab a bite to eat there if you're running late after a day of sightseeing.

“Central Location”
I like the central location. It is on the same street corner as the Esaka train station. The JR line is also nearby within walking distance. I can get further downtown or to other parts of Osaka easily from here. They serve a really good buffet breakfast. They have coin operated washing machines. There are plenty of shops, pharmacies, groceries and eateries all on the same block. The room ac is adjustable. I can be comfortable even in Osaka hot weather. It's quiet at night.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. Great location, fantastic helpful staff, clean beautiful room with amazing view and lovely free ammenities. Would definitely stay here again next trip.

“A comfortable 6 night stay”
Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay. Modern rooms and lobby, everything clean, bathroom tiny (as expected) but well equipped, good lighting options and air con, an excellent location close to the Esaka station and many dining options.

The meeting area at lobby was useful for work discussions. The amenities provided was of good quality but hand lotion was missing. Lots of choices of food, supermarket within walking distance. Umbrellas were available for loan on rainy days,
