Facilities were great, including an excellent public bath. Room was very clean and spacious and lovely views. Breakfast was great. The staff were really helpful, although they weren’t that familiar with English speakers so keep that in mind if it’s a problem for u!

Really nice hotel. Close to the rail station, supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy in the same building and a spa on top floor.

Overall the breakfast is decent, it serves traditional Japanese delicacies. Integrated to the JR station and also near to the local station.

“A conveniently located and peaceful hotel, pretty good stay”

I enjoyed my stay overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the station, which makes getting around very convenient. The hotel is also impressively quiet; you can barely hear any noise, which made for a peaceful rest. Although I didn’t use the Sky Spa due to having tattoos, someone I travelled with did, and they said it was a great experience. I also appreciated that the air conditioning stayed on while we were out — it was so nice to come back to a cool room in the middle of summer.

“No Receipt for online bookings”

Staff refused to give me a receipt since the booking was made on booking.com, receipt from booking.com does not have the relevant tax information for the hotel and states to get it at the hotel, even after showing this the hotel still refused. Be careful if using for business travel.

It was in a nice quiet area outside of the hustle of the main tourist areas of Osaka, very clean and the staff were super friendly and communicated well information about our stay.

It’s the cleanest hotel i’ve ever stayed in Japan, had 5 hotels in 11days. Near to Kishibe train station with. Direct connecting bridge from train to hotel 2nd level. They have onsen included in the stay.

The services and hospitality they provide. Housekeeping, local shops and locstion is very good between kyoto and osaka

The room was very clean. Concerning the bathroom, I was very pleased with the good water pressure for the shower and the multi-functional toilet. As for the bed: very comfortable! Location-wise, the hotel lift opened up to a walkway leading directly to the train station, which was convenient for getting to work. Additionally, the wifi was fast.
