Very beautiful accommodation with great architecture, and the owner is very kind! The photos accurately represent the place, and it is also very close to Kandaimae Station, which is extremely convenient.

“A special place in the city”
A cozy and comfortable place to stay in the city, that offered outdoor space, well appointed kitchen and was spotlessly clean. Our host was very easy to communicate with and also respectful of our privacy. We plan to stay again here next visit!

“Beautiful home”
The owners were extremely kind and hospitable, going above and beyond. We were more than a bit lost getting there, as we were completely unfamiliar with the trains in Japan. The owner was in constant communication with us. In addition, the exceptional hospitality extended to us one evening when we were looking for a specific tempura restaurant was so appreciated. Wonderful owners! Also, the beds are comfortable and came with beautiful, quality linens.

Very friendly owner - also provide guests useful information about surroundings while checking in process. Perfect location near a train station and lots of affordable eateries in the area. Clean in general. Comfortable bed. Mini fridge with mini freezer (some accomodations don’t offer this).

Good location near Kansai University and station. The room is spacious and well equipped for your long stay and quite confortable. The owner is living in same building and would provide support if you have any question or need help.

“Perfect stay”
Our stay at the property was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect for Kansai University and local train into the city. The room was excellent and had all the amenities you needed. A perfect stay and highly recommend

The owners explain everything you need, they are very helpful. The room was big for Japanese standards. Excellent location- only few steps from university, train station, small shops and restaurants. Spotless clean. And if you are passionate about architecture, you will just love the house ! We were happy with our choice to stay here.

“Home away from home.”
For us, the location was perfect because we were visiting our son at Kansai University. Train station is around the corner and brought us everywhere we wanted to go. But we came back for dinner each night. So many good restaurants nearby! And shops. It was a village in the big city! People are so friendly, helpful and respectful. Did not want to leave… a big bonus is the beautiful designed building. It was treat to stay here. The beds are awesome!

“Great experience with wonderful people as hosts”
Everything was really perfect. From the contact before the arrival, with many useful information, till the end of the stay, with good advises on the departure hour. Regarding home and the room - it was mentioned many times that it is well-maintained and offers great experience. If you have some business at Kansai University, you cannot imagine better location. After busy day, you can enjoy nice restaurants nearby or kombinies, which are really close. What I like the most and what made me really happy, was the host (Masako and her husband), who are very open-minded people with Japanese kindness and approach to others. You can ask every question regarding your stay, and - if possible, everything will be perfectly organized. To sum-up: you will never regret if you need a room that will allow you feeling like home, even 10 000 km from home.

Our conference is at Kansei University, the location is excellent! 5 minutes walk to the university. The host was very nice to welcome me and introduce the facility and surrounding areas.

“Great stay in an exceptional house.”
Very close to a railway station, Kandai Mae, with several restaurants nearby. The house is very modern and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner is a very friendly person.
