Under renovations no breakfast on the web site bookings.com it has breakfast included so ....update the web site or the hotel is stretching the truth

Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. We saw many terrible hotel reviews and went with this hotel because their reviews were good. They had clean rooms which is what we look for in our hotel stays. Would stay again.

“Super bad experience and totally dont recommend this type of accommodation”
Receptionist is unprofessional and check in process experience is very bad. Staff and manager are unhelpful and un cooperative. We felt that they didn’t welcome the customer who booked via booking.com . We showed booking .com updated booking and they like us to call and deal with booking.com direct by ourselves during check in process . We told him that we paid to booking.com for fare difference change and he refused to check in with revised room. He keeps telling us that that is not Econo lodge problem and keep telling us that booking.com problem. We finally paid fare difference and then we can check in our revised room. We are on the phone with booking.com almost about 1.5 hr with two calls and he didn’t even bother to help at all. We kept telling us that not Econo lodge problem and booking.com problem. As a booking.com regular customer, I am really upset the way we treated from the property . Booking.com should take action on this type accommodation.

“Bed was comfortable. We did not get a receipt from the hotel. They said Booking .com sends it?”
We did not have breakfast there. The location was near the wedding venue we were attending The hotel was undergoing renovations, it has special memories to us as our daughter had her wedding there 30 years ago was it was Cassio's. I hope they upgrade this hotel to bring it up to date.

“I was not allowed to stay”
This hotel was awful. I made a reservation and they did not let me stay there, even though I paid. They said they did not take people from Booking.com They said Booking.com would have to give me the refund and it was out of their hands

Like is a strong word. I guess if I had to put something down here it would have to be leaving and the barely breakfast.
