“Functional and effective downtown location”
Really comfortable bed, grocery store 5 minute walk away, good restaurants in neighbourhood (in hotel restaurant was closed when I was there).

Clean, everything you need for a good price. Cheaper then renting a low end motel room just down the road. Staff is nice and accommodating.
