Lovely helpful staff. Really nice property in a very central location within a few minutes of the main attractions. I only wish I stayed longer. Also liked the traditional breakfast spread.

A beautiful hotel with stunning courtyard, vintage furniture and full of character. Stunning views of the city and the Andes from the roof, staff were very helpful and polite, the room was clean and even had an espresso machine which we didn’t see anywhere else in Bolivia. Great breakfast with loads of choice and wonderful coffee with amazing views. The hotel was very central, away from all the hustle and bustle but only few minutes walk to the main square.

The bed is heavenly soft, proper hot shower and the interior is just stunning!

Breakfast - buffet-style with wide variety of food and drinks - you also get your customised eggs, pancakes or waffles which was great.

Samary Hotel is a lovely place set around a grassy courtyard with views across the rooftops to the cathedral and main square. Staff were very helpful making all sorts of recommendations for restaurants, day trips and more. Breakfast was excellent including freshly made omelettes and pancakes. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

A superb hotel in a building with a lot of history, I would stay only there if I come back to Sucre

Super good service - staff Al-Always ready to help and most of them spole English. Big room (room 331), great cozy garden and several nice sitting areas. Fantastic breakfast with a nice view. Dinner in the restaurant is also good. Nice bar (but only open a few days). A romantic hotel. Highly recommended.

Great location and a beautiful, big room with a terrace. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The courtyard was very pretty. There was a good range at breakfast, we particularly liked the made to order eggs. Great value for money.

Central yet quiet location. Nice breakfast and dinner room (with sloping ceiling and view over the old town). Relatively varied breakfast buffet by Bolivian standards. Dinner was good (but not exceptionally creative or good). The bed was good. The shower was okay. The view from the room window (on the 3rd floor) over the old town and the mountains was beautiful. Beautiful, green courtyard and lovely outdoor terrace (for afternoon tea, for example) with a fireplace. One of the two receptionists was very dedicated and good.

All the reception staff were excellent. Particularly Bernados.The setting was lovely and the hotel decor made it a hotel to remember. The meals were good.

Very well located, large rooms with nice views and restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.

This place is an absolute delight. The beautiful building is perfectly laid out so that there are lots of lovely places to sit and relax yet the position of the rooms provides privacy. Everything about the place really is perfect. Restaurant serves great food, staff are efficient and helpful, the hitel full of elegant features. Great stay and great value for money.
