From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink. Isabel at the front desk greeted us so kindly and made us feel completely at home. She even made sure we had fresh fruit during our stay – a truly thoughtful and generous gesture. Our room was pure comfort and relaxation – beautifully clean, the beds were extremely comfortable (some of the best we’ve ever slept on!), and the bathroom was spotless and perfect. Everything about the room felt pampering and cozy – we thoroughly enjoyed every moment in it. The hotel also offers wonderful features for families: Outside, there are two adorable rabbits and a squirrel, as well as slides and outdoor play areas for children. Inside, there are also games and activities – our child was absolutely thrilled and couldn’t stop smiling! Before we left for the airport, we needed to weigh our luggage, and when we asked if they had a scale, they brought one for us immediately – no hesitation, just kindness and service. This level of hospitality is truly exceptional. We've never experienced such care, attention to detail, and warmth at any hotel we've stayed in. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. A heartfelt thank you to Isabel and the entire team – you made our stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back!

The welcome was exceptionally warm and the facilities were great - in particular the vast play areas for kids. The facilities are very new and of good quality. The hotel is not in the Centre of the city, which is a short five minute drive away.

“Best hotel I have ever stayed”

I arrived and was welcome very friendly. The English language from the lady at the reception, who is the owner of the hotel is very good. The rooms are super clean and opposite to other hotels, they have everything in the room you need. For example cups and water boiler. I will definitely book again here.

We had the most wonderful stay at this small family hotel in Subotica, which far exceeded our expectations. The level of hospitality and care was truly incredible. Isabella, the owner, is simply remarkable — her attention to detail in both the design of the property and the service she provides is something to admire. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for, and words cannot fully express our gratitude. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. And for families with children, this hotel has the best kids' playground in all of Serbia — a true paradise for little ones. We can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely return. We had one night staying after long travelling from north. The room was comfortable with two bedrooms that is great for families. The staff was super attentive. Breakfast was great!!!

“More than five star experience”

I have travelled around world and have been living in more than hundreds of hotels, this hotel is almost the best. The hotel itself is not large and not a five star one, but the environment and service are more than five stars. Every part of the building and rooms was spotless and smell good fragrance, same as all the towels. The facilities are very new and the soundproofing of the room is surprisingly good. My room is actually just beside the road but for the whole 7 days' stay, I have neither been bothered by the traffic nor the clean lady in the mornings as I normally sleep until midday. The most important point is the service. Isabel is just like my own daughter, giving help to almost every help I need and sending fruits, cookies, cakes, drinks every day. I really felt like I was at home. The most unbelievable thing which I have never met during my whole life's traveling is that when I checked out, they deducted almost 10% from the price already confirmed in advance via Booking.com. Recommend absolut to everyone who plans to stay at Subotica.

Breakfast was so good and healthy. Hospitality was awesome. I was in many five star hotels in world but this hospitality was the best, feeling while I was staying in hotel was like I was at home and all employees were my friends.

New hotel in Subotica. I liked the hospitality of the staff, especially Isabel. I was offered refreshments upon arrival late in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was great, great selection of local food. I will definitely come back here again.

Our stay at the new AVIOR Garni Hotel was absolutely delightful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with its fresh updates and cozy furnishings. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like old friends, offering us the local liqueur to start our stay off right. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a fantastic bed, shower and even mini kitchen. But what really made our stay magical was the kindness of the staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and their genuine warmth made us feel like part of the family. When it was time to leave, my husband and I joked that the hotel might disappear behind us, like something out of a fairytale. It was an experience we'll never forget. Without a doubt, I'll be recommending this hotel to all my friends.

Amazing stay in absolutely fantastic hotel. Very spacious room-appartment, brand new, spotless, super comfortable with great bed and an amazing shower. Moreover, the staff could not be more friendly and welcoming! They did absolutely everything to make us feel comfortable. There is a free parking in front of the hotel. Welcome drink was insanely delicious - home made honey & quince liquor, truly award worthy. All in all - a fantastic experience, a gem in the city. We will be back for sure!

The hotel have just been opened. Very clean, modern and stylish design. Perfect new snow-white shots and towels. Kids were impressed with big playground outside the hotel. We ordered breakfast (cost 5€ per person) and Lady prepared it especially for us. Was really good! The service was perfect.

We liked everything. What I liked the most is that the staff is very very welcoming and friendly. We were offered a welcome drink (a good local wine), and they served us delicious breakfast. The hotel is new, the room was clean. There are a few parking places right before the entrance. Highly recommend this place ☺️
