“Peaceful green space in city centre”

After 4 days of full on city in Belgrade it was really great to have the peaceful garden area with a friendly dog, cat and chickens. And still very close to town centre and all the sights. Brilliant.

“A clean and well-functioning place in a great location”

A lovely place, probably even nicer than the photos. The landlord Lazar was very nice, swift in reply, gave clear instructions of how to meet, waited for us at the main entrance although we arrived almost 11pm. He led us the way, showed us everything then left. He then left it to us, never bothered us in any way. The place is in excellent location, walking distance to the town centre and Synagogue. The flat has everything we needed for 4 people including cooking, we stayed for 2 nights but could stay for longer. The flat building is really new and very clean inside, that set it apart from other buildings around it. On the check-out day, due to delay our end, Lazar couldn't get the flat back on time, but he let us have a bit longer to pack up. All went well thanks to his patience. It was a lovely place and lovely stay, thanks to Lazar. I would recommend this place.

Great location, easy contact and very important for us that there was underground parking for car that made us feel very safe! We recomend 100% and for sure will visit again.

A lovely beautifully furnished apartment in modern style. Spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable & well equipped with constant hot water & a power shower. It’s about 20 mins walk from the centre of the beautiful town of Subotica known as the ‘art nouveau’ town. The owner is extremely courteous, friendly & helpful.
