near to 3 big supermarket/mall. behind hotel have 2 restaurant and a convenient store. many parking space and the hotel provide water heater and vending machine at the front desk . they provide a prayer room in the second floor. the pillow and bed are very comfortable compare to other hotels i've been to. room spacious and clean.

OYO 444 KL Empire had overcharged me the hotel payment. So 2 nights = RM 256.78 The situation is that, when performing the booking, they are required to fulfill prepayment to book But when reached the hotel, the staff mentioned there is no payment received in the system. As we are in urgent, we paid and inform booking.com on this. We had also send all supporting documents to state the overcharged payment, our bank statement that stated the amount being deducted and hotel's invoice with the cash payment. However, one month later, there is no refund and outcome being delivered to us. Please be responsible OYO 444 and Booking.com.
