It had everything you wanted in the five star hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful and was always greeted with a smile. The facilities in the hotel were very good and good value for money.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant. However, the hot water supply in the bathroom was inconsistent. At times there was hot water, but at other times there was none. It would be appreciated if the management could look into this issue to ensure a more consistent experience for future guests.

Staff were helpful (but we had ongoing issues with the aircon and tv not working well) Maria from Breakfast restaurant - She was amazing and also remembered my husband even though it had been 10 years since his last work travel. Comfortable stay and really enjoyed the lounge area for meals and drinks, staff were great. Recommend the Chinese restaurant for a nice meal.
