Its an apartment that need to improve. Its okey for 1 or 2 nights, but if you stay longer you start to see things.. like the cleaning of the kitchen, also they need to buy new kitchen facilities. They need to fix the bathroom. I thing that for this price, they need to do it better. The owner try to help us, buying a new pan, the other one was burned and so old.

“Nice stay in tastefully furnished apartment / just not that easy to reach because of the traffic”
Very quick response and friendly and reliable conversation with the owner. The condo was clean, well designed and tastefully furnished, had a quik internet access and sky cable TV. The bed was nice and comfortable. The Seakyung Village 1 has a nice pool, a 24h/7 7eleven and a gym (at separate costs) inside. The Gaisano Grand Mall is not far. However, one must be aware that it is situated at the end of Basak-Marigondong Road where especially during the rush hours heavy traffic and traffic jam is awaiting you regularily so that it can take quite long to go there using a car or a Trycicle. Right now (at the the end of July 2023) the situation has become worse because of a construction near Maringondong Chapel. This is one more reason that it will be a big an advantage to have your own transportation there.
