“Ideal hotel near to motorway for short stay”

The hotel is ideally situated near to the motorway so access to and from was very easy, also there was no traffic noise to disturb. The room was clean and a good size with a nice bathroom which all looked as if it had been recently refurbished. The beds were comfortable and we had no problem getting a good nights rest. Wifi is free and was adequate for our requirements. Parking is out the front of the hotel, but the car park itself has areas where tree roots have pushed the paving up, so beware when you reverse in to park as the ground is uneven and also if there is a lot of rain then are quite large puddles there.

The hotel has spend a lot of money recently in upgrading the hotel rooms and bar/dining area and it looks fantastic! Everything needed in the room was there and it felt very new and clean. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was exceptional and the lady managing the dining area and stocking up was very cheerful and friendly.

A great hotel conveniently located close to the A1, making it a perfect stopover when travelling. At first glance, the building looks a little dated from the outside, but don’t let that fool you. The rooms are modern, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and everything I needed for a good night’s rest. Very good breakfast buffet, too! What really makes this place stand out is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the young man at the reception desk who went above and beyond to help me during my stay. As I was travelling by motorcycle, he even arranged a safe place for my bike out of sight, which gave me great peace of mind. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location. Highly recommended!

The room was large and comfortable but without proper aircon. It was fine at the time of my visit but would be a problem in very hot weather.

Very conveniently located right off the highway with no detours needed. The nearby Shell had the cheapest fuel on our route, and there’s a grocery store and bakery just 2 minutes away. The hotel itself is top-notch — the sheets and towels are excellent quality. There’s also a 24/7 reception and secure parking
