Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The host was extremely kind and welcoming. The food he prepared was fantastic – fresh, delicious, and made with love. Every meal was a real pleasure. On top of that, the surroundings offer breathtaking views – the perfect spot to relax, enjoy nature, and find peace. You can't find a lot of places like this today. Placed in old macedonian houses, the cottage Modrich is vintage, antique and really brought us a 100 years back in time. Completed with an incredible host and breathtaking scenery, our experience was outstanding.

The cottage is set in a beautiful and tranquil location. Lots of walks nearby. Goran the owner is so kind and helpful. He cooked us a lovely meal each night and we had a delicious breakfast everyday. My husband was a little unwell on our day of departure and Goran was very kind and did what he could to help. If you want peace, nature and relaxation this is the place to stay.

Beautifully renovated traditional home with modern bathroom. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the views, or explore the surroundings including some well-marked local trails. We felt well looked after immediately and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host cooked us an amazing meal with local trout. Very cozy mountain atmosphere. Would definitely return!

Cottage Modrich is a beautifully renovated traditional guesthouse situated in a quiet village. The appartment was clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable. From the property you can enjoy some spectaculair views on the terrace. There was a nice kitchen, however, the owner is a fantastic cook and he can also provide some amazing restaurant worthy dinners. We have enjoyed walking the blue trail plotted by the owner, it was marked very well.

The cottage is situated in a beautiful, spot at the top of the village, offering a truly special view. Goran, the host, is both pleasant and accommodating, and the rooms are very clean. The location is close enough for those wishing to commute to Ohrid/Struga and the beach. I would definitely return.

Our stay at the cottage was nothing short of enchanting. The cozy ambiance and breathtaking views made every moment memorable. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warmth and hospitality of the owners. From helpful tips on local trails to homemade treats awaiting us, their care and attention to detail elevated our stay to something truly exceptional. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for such a wonderful retreat.

Everything was great, the views were amazing and the hosts were very welcoming. The road leading to the apartment was winding but quite easy to drive. The apartment had everything we needed and a mountain atmosphere. We loved it!

The location is stunning and our top floor apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The food we were served for dinner on our first night was delicious.

The cottage is placed in amazing surroundings. The house has a special and cozy vibe. Goran and his son are amazing hosts.

We felt very welcomed and comfortable from the start of our stay. Both hosts created the perfect balance between privacy and personal contact during our stay. Additionally, the location is magnificent: the silence (we slept like a baby), nature and of course the view on the mountains.

Goran, the host is great! He helped us with everything we needed, He is also a great cook. He has a small swimming pool for the kids. The views are spectacular and there are lovely trails around the house. Take notice that the payment is in cash.
