“Lovely countryside retreat.”
Lovely restored home with most of the things you would need when away from home. The owners were very helpful and responsive. It would have been interesting to know more about the history of the building because it was lovely and we could tell it had been restored. Nice, quiet location.

We had a wonderful time at Solhem. Cozy with old wooden floors, beautiful details and two fireplaces. It really had everything we wanted and the beds were comfortable! The house is located in a residential area without major roads. It was a huge garden. We also liked that there were a new induction hob, stove, fridge and freezer in the kitchen even though it was an old charming interior. There was fast wi-fi and the tv was new, and there was chromecast so we could watch our usual channels. For us who live in an apartment in the city, it is absolutely wonderful to stay in such a charming house and have the large garden. The little beach by the lake was really beautiful and calm and the kids can go there by themselves this summer when we get back.
