“Fabulous”
The house is an old beauty, very charming, we had a beautiful blue and white bedroom, clearly you don’t expect all the mod cons. You have access to the living areas and kitchen and can use the fridge for storage. A lovely breakfast provided. The history of the village is fascinating and it continues to this day to operate as an equine centre for training and education. Beautiful walks can be had around the Slott

“More than just a room”
Beautiful location, the town of Strömsholm and the area around it is magnificent. Great breakfast in a very fancy room. Staff is kind and helpful. Easy check in. Parking available. I would describe it as an old but very well maintained house that has a lot of character. You can roam around some of the house and find books, paintings and places to sit. There is also a shared kitchen. Definitely worth coming here.

Beautiful old but well-maintained villa with a nice backyard and sauna down by the river. Does not have luxuries like ensuite bathroom, elevator or soundproof time. But it's very picturesque and brings one back to mundane Sweden of mostly forgotten times.

Very nice mansion and breakfast served in the kitchen with a good variety of food including many vegeterian and vegan options. Beautiful surroundings and views. Stylish and large bedrooms.

“A nice stay in a beautiful house”
The nice atmosphere of the house. The size of the rooms. The easiness of checking-in. To be able to use the kitchen for making your own dinner. Be able to use the common rooms during the whole day. The included breakfast was good. The location is great, especially when you are fond of horses.
