My family and I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for both adults and kids, with plenty to explore nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean. Our hosts were kind and welcoming — lovely people. We'd happily stay again!

It was very peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and useable for a family. The hot water was great, back to back showers are no problem. Many options for activities and walks.

A comfortably spacious apartment, with its own bathroom and kitchen. Basic, but everything you need is there. The couple that run it are very friendly and have great tips on activities nearby. We loaned frisbee golf and boule equipment and went swimming in the Sörsjön, you can easily spend more time there than the 2 nights we had.

We liked the location - it was a very quiet place, with nice hosts. All needed amenities were present, and we had a very good one-night stay there. We have also taken a short walk to the sea - a wonderful place, worth taking more than one night, and spent more time in Skutbryggan Strömsbruk.

Exceptionally preserved original amenities in an unforgettable place. We just drove Sweden through and stayed one night, but you can definitely stay there more, if not to pay a separate visit. A lovely couple manages that place, and they will serve you as dearest guests. Surrounded by nature, you will find sea, lakes and a river within walking distance. For sure, visit the personal collection of cameras in the main building, and take a piece of cake in the cafe (we took 5). They may offer you outdoor activities as well (something with kayaks). The place is managed very well, and all other surroundings also. If you are a traveller and especially an adventurer - that is the place for you. Places with a personality like Kustleden you remember forever.

The nature around(Kustleden, coast..); nice hospitality, all sizes bikes for guests to borrow for exploring nearby area.

Buildings in the style of 1970s Swedish design - very interesting in itself. Simple, but there was everything you needed. Friendly staff. Nice area for walking and other activities

The history behind the house and the whole place is fascinating. It’s off the beaten track but well worth the visit. The couple that runs the place also has an interesting background; check it out as well as the camera museum. We liked the way they have kept the old character; no need to modernise unless necessary. Nice cafe with good homemade cakes.

“Good service in a pretty place”

The check in had good opening hours and the staff were friendly and helpful and answered the phone quickly. We had a self catering apartment and it was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The area seemed pretty with a lot of nature around but we just used the apartment as a stop over during a long car journey. Perfect as it is quite near the E4.
