“I liked most of the concept and may return but only if I have a parking spot and the food and bevera”
I liked the concept but the Hotel is not completely open. The dining area just started serving a continental breakfast 2 weeks ago. The bar and restaurant are still awaiting a Liquor license. Good Location. I think they are trying but at the present time they are lacking.

Fabulous location in Stratford. Older hotel currently being updated. Room was recently renovated. Simple, modern, comfortable. Lots of electrical outlets for charging. Nespresso machine, with real cream in the mini fridge.

“New Year stay at The Windsor, Stratford”
I like that the staff were very welcoming and supportive. They went the extra mile esp Amelia, who checked us in-person, as I requested even if our train arrived past 8pm. The location is great. I like that there are no keys or cards to rooms as they could get lost or de-magnetized. The number key to access room is convenient. The pillows were very nice, fluffy and soft but firm.

“Great location,restaurants and theatre location was top notch.”
Room was clean and neat. Bathroom was small but efficient. Excellent large new shower ! but no grab bars for senior ! Top notch location !! All restaurants within 300 yards including the Avon theatre.

Booking.com somehow initially booked me for the DEPARTURE date, which was the day AFTER I returned home. I mistakenly CONFIRMED this date (AND the full payment) and therefore paid for TWO full nights, instead of just one. The hotel (which was the ONLY telephone or email address I could contact, reluctantly admitted there was NOTHING they could do. As a result, I ended up paying TWICE AS MUCh for my one night stay. I can only assume that this is a devious way for Booking.com to DOUBLE their profits, so this is the last time I will ever deal with this digital deceiver!

The location downtown was good. Easy walking distance to a wide selection of restuarants and shops. The public areas were ok with newish looking carpets in the hallways. The staff was pleasant.
