“Charming hotel that allowed us to enjoy everything in downtown Stratford”
Our room was cozy and clean. The hotel was so charming with a little patio where we enjoyed a nightcap. The location was close enough so that it was a short stroll to almost everything but far enough away that it was peaceful. We will definitely be back!!

noisy a/c - spouse grateful for supplied earplugs small outdated bathroom - replace tub with shower would help exterior, lobby and breakfast areas updated and attractive, but room very dated and in need of decorating update check-in and housekeeping/breakfast staff very helpful and outstanding

If you're a theatre professional like me and you need accommodation to see a play at Stratford a lot, this is a GREAT place to stay. Clean, staff is super friendly, clean, great wifi, and most important, it's right downtown, close to all the theatres so you can stumble to your room after the show.

“Exactly what I needed. I was in town for an event at Factory 163”
The fireplace at the end of the bed. That was very tranquil and relaxing. I was glad to see that the cosy room I got was this one and not the one with the fireplace at the side of the bed. When I come back, I will ensure that I have this room again. I really enjoyed it.
