“Would book to stay here again, thanks”
Very comfortable room and excellent facilities at a reasonable price. The owner was very personable and greeted us on arrival. We had additional blankets etc. in case we felt cold at all, which was never the case but it was thoughtful.

The room was clean and large. The window views were pleasant. It was peaceful and quiet. We never heard other guest. We slept well and felt refreshed. The little private washroom was just right. Nice shower. It also brought us off the highway to drive pleasant back roads along the water which we enjoyed.

“Honesty and Integrity is Paramount!”
We enjoyed one of the few rooms that had its own bathroom. It was spacious and clean with an enormous bathroom. Had AC- but wish that we could have just opened the windows instead

“MOULDY BASEMENT”
Strong mouldy smell in the basement! Obvious mold problem because no aircirculation system.present. Had to make my way out because of this - could not stay there not even one night.

“Great location. Good value. Part of a large house. Close by to a beach for clam digging.”
Location is quite convenient. Close to Tea Hill beach. Owner is very lovely and will share recommendation with you. They also allowed us to use their kitchen.

Good location, new, modern compared to other places. Super clean. Family room with a sea view very large room & bathroom. No breakfast but large common kitchen for guests to use. Highly recommended.
