So the problems started already after reservation was made. They informed us that we must pay for bedsheets and the cleaning deposit 99 EUR! And we couldn't cancel reservation, so we where obliged to pay extra or pay full amount for cancelation. Then there was a problem with finding our house as we didn't receive any messages about the location or number of our house. When we called them to ask how could we find our house, only then they sent us a message with a house number we got and they said that we should search for it, but there where NO NUMBERS on the houses! When we asked if somebody can come and help us they replied that they are not at the place because they have the day off. There was only 2 rooms on the first floor so half of our company must sleep on the second flour and it was suitable only for kids as the height of the second floor did not exceed 1 meter and there was so hot in there, that we couldn't sleep all night. And none of this was mentioned on Booking.com, when we where making a reservation!
