“Company and staff who run the house are not supportive or cooperative”
I did not check in this property and we didn't stay there as several members of my group were denied entry to Schengen area at border control. This happened 4 days before the date of check-in to the property and I communicated them and provided the refusal letters and requested cancelation and refund for this Force Majeure Event but the property owners and the company which runs the property were extremely uncooperative and denied all my requests, they even didn't offer a partial refund! Although the rest of my group had a good stay in another house in the same area owned/run by the same company, but I will never book a house run by this company (Novasol) again in the future.
