Cleaning of the hallways, and a big renovation would be appreciated because the carpet in the hallways looks worn out and dirty. It's still the same carpet ad 15 years ago.

“Excellent location”
Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic city center. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. For those who prefer not to use the hotel’s underground parking, there is an option to park the car in a municipal parking lot at a lower cost.

“Could have been better this time!”
This was our third time in this hotel and as before we were glad to meet the friendly and helpful staff members. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Room was excellent with lots of space. I and my wife still needed to do some work. We both had each a separate desk. Bathroom and toilet were separated. Nice view over the town and the Strelasund from the windows.

“It was great to be back!”
We liked our previous stay here, so this is why we got back with much pleasure. Our request for a quiet room was fulfilled, thank you so much. We had a very spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was fabulously warm, which not always happens at hotels at this time of the year! Lovely breakfast (with delicious silky coffee) and very friendly staff - we are looking forward to going back again!
