“I would not stay again.”
All the hotel facilities were fine, but the cold reception and the reserved nature of the staff did not always work for us.

The hotel is located in a 14th-century building. Absolutely wonderful, harmoniously designed by combining heritage details with modern solutions. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room is stylish and comfortable, equipped not only with all necessities but also with extra touches that provide real comfort. Excellent breakfast, which can be enjoyed not only in the restaurant itself but also in the enclosed courtyard. If we ever return to this city, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Character hotel in a wonderful town”
This is a wonderful restored set of buildings. Very characterful, in very good location for the centre and the harbour in Stralsund. Easy parking opposite in secure pay car park. Breakfast was very good.

“Incredible”
I can stay it was the best hotel and best room. Especially sauna with suite was incredible. Everyone was so nice, so helpful was a great experience. Breakfast was so nice too, just ordered what we want. Really perfect place to stay.

“All what a discerning guest could wish for”
The hotel offers all what a discerning guest could wish for. Perfect location right in the old town. Authentic medieval flair - the lovingly renovated hotel is located in a complex of several hundred-year-old historical buildings that are connected to each other. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, with wooden ceilings and tea and coffee making facilities. In summer, the a la carte breakfast in the courtyard is definitely a highlight. The hotel offers very good coffee from the hotel's own roastery. There is a wellness area, a lounge, a restaurant and a roastery store. Upper stores are reachable by elevator. Easy on-line cheak-in. Attentive staff. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but cars can be parked in the public garage in front of the hotel.
