This family-run hotel lies right in the heart of the Hanseatic town of Stralsund directly beside St Mary’s Church, which is one of the highest and most beautiful churches in Northern Germany. All main attractions in this ancient Hanseatic town with its wonderful Gothic architecture are located just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel itself is a listed building with traditional and cosy rooms as well as a pretty beer garden for you to relax and unwind in.

“Good hotel in Stralsund”
We were especially pleased by the friendly and helpful reception and by the great view from our room of the adjacent church. The location was great; we were able to walk to all of the sites in this interesting town. Breakfast in the comfortable dining area was excellent with lots of choice. Good value for the price.

A very kind hostess that waited for us, in spite of our delay to the hotel. Perfectly situated in the "old town", about a 15 min walk from the railwaystation. Nice and clean room.

Parking was good and convenient. We were able to access to our room a few hours earlier which was very helpful. The concierge was very friendly.

I had to leave early to catch a train before breakfast would be ready, so I was offered a breakfast in a bag that I received in the evening, and it was very nice.

The hotel was in the middle of the city and next to the church, so I could walk towards the tower when I first arrived and get back to the hotel. The hotel is centrally located, the staff are helpful and the room was very comfortable.
