Very convenient location, right next to the train station and not far from downtown. The rooms have been nicely renovated. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

“Great Hotel for exploring Stralsund and surrounding Area”

Great location. Loved my morning coffee on the chaise lounge overlooking the station. Very spacious, light and airy room. Comfortable bed.

Not seen staff, as we arrived at 11pm and it seems there is only people there from 10am till 8pm. We left before anyone was there too, bit over email all was sorted correctly and friendly. Keys to the entrance and room and parking

The rooms smelled really good. It was very clean. The staff were very nice. The rooms were very warm, which was really cozy returning from a day in the cold outside.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The bathroom was not clean — the toilet had a strange smell after every flush, and the sink had yellow stains. I was informed that my room would not be cleaned during my 3-day stay, so I didn’t expect any housekeeping and didn’t use the “Please clean room” sign. However, when I returned to my room one afternoon, I found the door wide open. I’m certain I had closed it before leaving. It looked like someone had partially cleaned the room and made the bed, but they hadn’t made sure to close the door afterward. This meant my room was left open and unsecured all day while I was away. When I reported the issue to the staff, they were friendly but unable to do much about it. Considering the inconvenience and lack of security, I believe at least a partial refund or some form of compensation would have been appropriate. Overall, not a pleasant experience

It's close to the train station, literally across the street :)

Very near the Main Train Station and its nearby important facilities in the area. The property is clean, was able to have a free coty bed for baby. Check in and Check out is straightforward. Just travel 1hour to go to Binz and hop on the next train in the morning or night.

Excellent location opposite the railway station

I spent one night here and really enjoyed it. The apartment was bright, comfortable, and well-equipped. It felt safe and welcoming, also the staff provided the storage to keep my bike safe for a night. Great value for a short stay—I’d happily come back!

“3 nights in Stralsund”

Well-sized room and bathroom. Decent shower. Quiet for the days we were there. Opposite the station and near to buses for the town and harbour. Ideal for visiting Rugen and the Rasender Roland steam trains at Putbus.

Location, balcony, comfy mattress

We loved the place and furnishing, it was amazing, clean and surprisingly spacy. Prize versus service absolutely great. Placement of hotel is near centre and near main train station, very convenient. Personel wa kind and smiley first day, second day not so much but also polite.

Ideally located across the street from Stralsund Hbf. The check-in was simple and the room was nicely appointed. There was even a small balcony. The room was also very clean and a small bottle of water was included. This is a great touch. The lighting in the bathroom was bright, and cozy and relaxing in the room itself.
