It was perfect for our family. It was a short fun walk to the beautiful Kalogria beach, where we spent most of our time. Good restaurants in the area, feels close enough to everything but still relaxed, peaceful. The host was very kind and welcoming. Would love to come back!

Fantastic location, well kept villa. Stavros is a very warm host, really attentive and friendly, helping to plan day trips and answer any question we had. Villa is beautifully located near the sea, great pool with sea view and a nice 4min walk to kalogria beach via a private path. The villa is nice and clean, spacious and private.

Stavros, the owner, was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond what we would expect. After a short conversation on our first evening, he put together a thoughtful handwritten list of local recommendations tailored to us, which made a real difference to our trip. He was consistently responsive, friendly and professional throughout. We would gladly return.

The view is amazing, the rooms have a great look over the sea, the pool is a good size and shape, the veranda is fantastic and the facilities have pretty much everything.

Stavros is a fantastic host. He met us every evening to check things were good. He need not have bothered as everything was perfect. The standard of the villa exceeded our expectations. Everything is of the highest quality. Nothing is missed. Our welcome basket was delicious. The walk into Kalogria or Stoupa was easy, so location is great. We are definitely coming back.

We loved Villa Estia. It was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. The villa has lots of different outside spaces, providing lovely views at different times of the day, including incredible sunset views.

Our stay at Mythos Villa exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Estia villa. The rooms are spacious and clean, the amenities are modern, the swimming pool is large, the garden is well maintained and the views are just stunning. The experience is even better than the pictures you see on the website. The location of Mythos Villa is also perfect. It is close to various beaches, supermarkets,, shops and restaurants in Stoupa and Kardymili. There is also a walking path that gives private access to Kallegoria beach. This was amazing as we could just take a five minutes walk to this beautiful beach without having to worry about where to park the car. Additionally, the communication with our host, Stavros, before and during our arrival was excellent. He welcomed us upon arrival and gave us many great recommendations for places to see and visit during our stay. Stavros demonstrated a genuine care for our needs. Thank you, Stavros, for your outstanding hospitality! We would definitely book at Mythos Villa again in the future and highly recommend it to everyone!!

The villas are in a beautiful location; very peaceful with amazing views, but close enough to easily walk to busier beaches and tavernas if you want. We had a hire car, so were able to explore loads of the quiet, secluded beaches along the coast, as well as to drive into the mountains where there are lots of walks and amazing views. Stavros was a great host and provided lots of local information and recommendations. He was always on hand and a delight to deal with. The villa itself was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It really was beautiful. Absolutely highly recommend this place. We are regular visitors to Greece and this is the best we've stayed in. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Lovely location amongst the olive groves and being able to walk to the most lovely sandy beach with great tavernas. Beautiful, well equiped villa with lovely pool. Stavros was a great host.

Perfect location a few minutes away on foot from the beautiful Kalogria beach. The host Stavros was always there and ready to help us with every problem. The hause was very clean with fresh bed sheets. We couldn’t find a better place for our family vacation!

We spent four nights at this wonderful resort (two adults and two children aged four and two). The resort is beautifully landscaped and quiet. Parking is easy on the premises. All of the equipment in the house was in perfect condition and worked well. The furnishings are very tasteful and modern. We felt right at home and would book here again in a heartbeat. There is a footpath to Kalogria Beach about 10 minutes away. The owner has a list of recommendations in Stoupa (restaurants, supermarket, excursions, beaches, etc.). He goes to a great length to make his guests' stay as pleasant as possible. We received a welcome and farewell gift. As he lives on site during the season, he can respond very quickly to any problems or questions. We wish Stavros much success with his property in the future.

Mythos Villas is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The cleanliness was exceptional, the villa and surroundings were impeccably maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a perfect vacation. The location is excellent—close to the beach and tavernas, with a supermarket just a few minutes away. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had a perfect holiday, and Stavros was a wonderful host—attentive to all our needs and full of excellent recommendations. We’ll definitely be coming back for another magical vacation soon.
