Spent a week at Manitennis Villas and it was incredible! We were travelling with 3 young children, Niko made everything as easy as possible and went above and beyond to help. The villa is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. The pool and setting is also perfect after beach days at the nearby beautiful waters of Kalogria beach. We didn't want to leave! Will definitely be back. Thank you Nico for making our holiday so memorable.

Beautiful views from this lovely villa to the mountains and over the olive trees. Very clean, comfortable and wonderful air conditioning and pool in the heat. Owner Niko and his wife are wonderful hosts and very helpful if you need any advice.

The villa is in a wonderful location, only a short walk to the beach. Very easy to collect the keys, villa was clean on arrival with all amenities you could need. The bathroom and separate pool towels were a nice touch. Niko is a wonderful host!

We had an absolutely top notch stay at Manitennis Villa in Stoupa. The villa is new and spotlessly clean, the decor is modern and chic and there is plenty of privacy. Beautifully landscaped garden/terrace around the pool. Parking on site. We had the villa with 3 bedrooms: each bedroom has its own bathroom (rainshower, toilet, sink), comfortable box-spring beds, and access to a terrace. For each person there is a double set of towels available in different sizes and 1 bath towel . The kitchen is fully equipped (pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses). There is an oven, hob with extractor hood, built-in coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. There is a barbecue (charcoal) by the pool. The pool is big and clean, the waterquality is checked daily. Owner Niko is often around (on or near the tennis court) and is always willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible without being intrusive. From this villa it is a short walk to Stoupa town and/or Kaliogra beach. There are two supermarkets within walking distance of the villa (5 minutes walk), both with long opening hours. In short, a big 10 for this stay! Strongly recommended! Finally: if you have booked this villa, a piece of advice: Google Maps sends you on the wrong access road. From the main road, take the access road between the two supermarkets, there is a white/orange sign saying 'ManiTennis'; follow the gravel path and you will arrive at the villa.

Amazing facilities, lovely pool and views. Nice surprise that I found myself paranoid about not having kids locks on the doors but you can use the (floor to ceiling) electric blinds to completely shut them off so it works really well. A really helpful host who is always quick to respond to any questions. Nice coffee machine.
