View, location, correspondence/contact with owner, lovely room, balcony front and terrace back, lovely gardens, good kitchette, crockery all great.

“A perfect night in Lakonia Studios”

Beautiful little studio with a lovely sea view. Facilities were excellent, and everything you could need was covered. Bed was really comfortable, and the shower worked and was easy to regulate. The owner came to the room and ran through everything with us. Good wifi. An information book full of everything you would want to know and a bit more about the local history and greek mythology too. A perfect stay and I would highly recommend this accommodation.

“Exceptional short stay in beautiful Stoupa”

Great location, adequate facilities and that view - wow! We loved sitting out on our balcony of an evening and watching the magical sunset. Everything was comfortable, clean and great value for money.

“Good for a short stay”

The room was very clean and the kitchen facilities good. The balcony had a nice view out to the sea and it was a short walk to the beach and beachside restaurants. There was a fresh water fountain more or less just outside the studio grounds where we could fill our drinking bottles. The host very kindly met us at the bus station when we arrived and drove us to our next location when we left.

Clean room, convenient bed. We have everiting that need. The property has central location 2 min to the beach. Good restaurants and bars. The beach is sandy. The water is clean, perfect visibility and colour. Snorkelling is perfect on the right side of the beach. Lots of beautiful rocks and fishies. I can recommend the place to everyone.

“Excellent apartment in a great location.”

The property was a well maintained and well situated apartment block, a few minutes walk from Stoupa beach. The free parking was a real help. The friendly owner Nikos greeted us, and told us all we needed to know about the room. He kindly offered us a late check out as the room was free after us. The apartment was very clean, and had everything one could need. We were particularly impressed that the outside balcony was spotlessly clean, especially after we know that Greece has recently experienced heavy Saharan dust storms. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect.
