“Perfect place for a night stop over.”

Refurbished period house in a quiet location. Our room has lovely view towards the hills. Large comfortable common lounge/reading room.

The room was clean, comfortable and breakfast items had been placed in the room although it was advertised as room only. The B&B was not staffed but it was easy to get in and we had everything we needed.

Really lovely hotel with fantastic staff and very comfy beds, and a delicious breakfast in the cafe downstairs. Right near everything you could need to get to in Stonehaven - thank you!

I should have realised that breakfast was included but didnt, so l was sorry to have missed out on that. For some reason you called my husband to confirm breakfast and not me. He was in Thailand so that didn't help!

Breakfast was excellent, good quality, variety and fresh personal table sevice by exceptionally polite, kind staff that were local. Location was fantastic, in town centre but set back enough to give an impressive view of town and some sea views. Could see cliffs and local war mamorial from our window. Lots of natural light, long windows. Fantastic view of New Years Eve fireworks from our room but also the guest/social room. Heating in rooms was good, even when it snowed. Socal room was cosy with lots of seating options, high celings and lots of local and national reference books.

Cafe was pleasant. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Ladies’ / gentlemen’s lounge was a good place to meet other guests. Loved having access to reading materials about the local area. Rooms were comfortable and adequate. Quiet old town location, close to the water.

This is a very charming B&B. The rooms are beautiful, there's a lovely front garden and comfy lounge area. The breakfast in the attached cafe was delicious. Generally the whole aesthetic of the place was lovely and very carefully planned which made the stay feel special. Everything was clean and comfortable. We got a code to collect our key from a box so didn't meet anyone on check in, but the waitress at breakfast in the morning was very friendly!
