the bed at Evergreen was good, but we booked Stone Mountain inn and that was closed and we were not informed!

It was a very big car park just for us !

The hotel was not even open for my visit. I had to be redirected to another property at Stone Mountain Park. I don’t know if it’s since reopened or not.

I liked the fact that we went somewhere else - Evergreen Lakeside Resort which was excellent. The only downside was location as no longer walking distance to Stone Mountain Park and the evening show.

The Hotel was shut. Luckily from reading review comments we knew of its sister hotel 10 minutes drive away. They honoured our booking. I did not receive notification of closure from hotel.

The hotel is in need of updates. Wallpaper peeling with what looked like mold behind it. Rooms were spacious but worn out.

I first visited this Hotel in 1985 with my grandparents, this hotel still has it magical presence about it after all these years, views are stunning and is only a short walk to Stone Mountain park and its attractions !! As always impressive pumpkin show and for me a different train rather than the old steam train I remember.

the staff was absolutely the best, customer service that i have seen and experienced in a very long time

The young lady. Add the reception was really fantastic period she was very informative superror friendly and really trying to make customers happy I wish I could recall her name as she should be recognized for her effort.

This place is great for location, and looks good from the outside. Rooms are run down and has palmetto bugs. Restaurant was closed down, and this is during their peak season. No coffee offered. Was def not worth the he money.
