The island of Solta is a recommended holiday destination, life there is very relaxed and unexcited, it is not overcrowded with tourists, but the infrastructure is still well developed. Stomorska is a nice place with several restaurants on the small harbor promenade and a mini supermarket. There are larger grocery stores in the neighboring town of Grohote. During our stay we explored a couple of beautiful bays and even took a day trip by ferry to Split (and left the car in Rogač). If you are on Solta and then have booked Villa Solenta, everything is perfect! The house is unique! The well-kept pool and the spacious outdoor area with the summer kitchen and a great view of the sea are of course the highlight. The interior is new and of high quality and above all very well thought out. Everything is in its place, it is very clean and you can immediately feel at home. There is good (quiet) air conditioning, stylish furniture, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen, large TVs in the living room and both bedrooms (with Netflix). One bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is also a second bathroom with a shower. The small gym in the lower part of the house has a mobile air conditioning system and is therefore very pleasant to use. If that's not enough, mountain bikes are available. In the laundry room, also in the lower part of the house, there is a new washing machine and dryer and enough storage space for suitcases, for example. The hostess is very attentive and you can tell that she puts a lot of heart and soul into her house. The communication was excellent and cordial. There were many fresh food items and drinks in the fridge and all the basics in the kitchen were available for use (spices, oil, vinegar). We have never experienced this extra in a holiday home in this form.

· Zrinka was a great host, met us and showed us everything. The apartment came stocked with essentials (coffee/beer/produce/cooking essentials) which was very useful and an unexpected bonus. The apartment is very clean and is very stylish. Also, it is easy walking distance to the town.

The house is in a great condition and the owner is fabulous. The handover of the key was perfectly on time, very nice location, perfect pool (cleans it every week), very well equipped kitchen inluding a first grocery package for guests (beer, noodles, honey, toast bread, milk) and the interior chosen with lots of love.. A washing machine plus a dryer as extra, completely new, just a dream for a 14 days stay for a 5 People family. Big parking lot and nice marina 15 minutes away by foot. I also used the gym every day - all is in great condition and I am usually really picky. Outside there is a weber grill integrated in the beautiful outdoor kitchen - as said, the owners really have build such a nice place (nice pictures and paintings on the wall - a lot of small but nice details. The rooms, the bathroom, all very nice! The only potential draw back is that in August it might get very hot and there is one central air condition in the living room which can cool the bed rooms as well, but this means that there should be the doors open (privacy). but again, the owner was so kind after checking in with her to give us fans which helped us a lot. For a lot of things it is just about the attitude and the love she has put in everything. E.g.: She filles the fridge for us with beer cans, you could go and buy local beer but she bought heineken as this is international and almost everyone likes heineken - a safe pick, just done with lots of care. So, they really care! I like the house very much and special - been many times to Croatia, this is by far my favorite host plus house!! congrats again and lots of good guests I wish you - take care and all the best.

A lovely house with a beautiful view. Very specious with all necessary fascilities. The outside kitchen with the BBQ was amazing!! Very friendly and helpful host. Swimming pool was big enough and a lovely bay just down the hill.
