The hotel has unrealized potential. The rooms are good value for money but the management is terrible. We received a code for a room but there was no key. Almost all rooms were open and not cleaned. We called the manager got a wrong code and then they did not answer the phone any more. Other guests told us that this happens every week since they were there. As it was 9pm and I could not get another room or refund, I cleaned one of the rooms and stayed there. Next morning the cleaner came and cleaned the room we meant to stay in. The second night was totally pleasant therefore. I tried to call the manager several times but there was no reply.

We have booked two rooms for total 5 persons. Unfortunately, one room was already occupied. We could not reach any staff. I wrote several mails and tried to call the staff from this accommodation - no success! I would like to get the money back for the room, which we could not use! I am very disappointed! Also the first attempt with booking.com was not successful!

“Worst experience”

The keys were not in the key press. So we got worried. We tried to contact but nobody answered the phone. The box where you drop the keys was open and we found our room keys in there with all other keys. Finally we were able to get access to our rooms. We had booked two family rooms. Both rooms were not ready - bed sheets were not changed, rooms were not cleaned, rubbish bins were full, dirty towels on the floor, toilets not cleaned, etc. In one of the rooms - there was no toaster, cooker was not working and shower door handle was broken. Next day check out was at 11am. We stayed till 11.45am so that we can talk to someone to find out what happened. But we saw no one so we left. I have added the pictures of the rooms as we found when we checked in.

The check-in was the worst ever experience. The phone number didn’t work, they didn’t reply on whatspp and it took more than 1 hour until we got a code! It was a very unprofessional service. The inside was pretty clean. However, the surrounding areas weren’t nice!

A spacious nice apartment with a practical kitchenette and a big comfortable bathroom with a huge shower. Warm and clean. Beautiful location in nature. It’s great there is a coffeemaker available but without paper coffee filters it is useless 

The size of the room was good, the beds also. Everything was clean except of the fridge and a plate.

Customer service zero to none. No staff on site when you get there, you have to call a number to get a code to access the room. When called staff is annoyed and rude. Tried to contact the hotel via email, booking.com and by phone a few days before the stay and got no answer. The morning of checkout another guest was able to get into our room whilst we were sleeping even though the door was locked. It was not a pleasant experience to wake up to a stranger entering your room and waking you up early in the morning.

The room was generally clean and comfortable, and the kitchen 2-ring cooker worked fine - it would have been good to have had a microwave! Beds very good. Room temperature very comfortable. Shower warm and full.
