Креветите се удобни, а хигиената е на високо ниво. Персоналот е љубезен и професионален, секогаш подготвен да помогне. One of the warmest welcomes we have ever experienced while traveling! We travel a lot, but this hotel truly stood out thanks to its amazing staff. Even though we unfortunately don't speak English, the team speaks it perfectly and always found a kind and thoughtful way to explain everything to us. At the reception, the lady went above and beyond - she kindly showed us where the nearest shops were, helped us find a place to exchange money, and even arranged a taxi for our meeting, making sure we knew exactly where to go. She didn't just do her job - she genuinely cared, and that made us feel more like friends than just guests. Small gestures like this, done with such a caring heart, stay in your memory forever. The room was spacious, the bed large and very comfortable, and the breakfast delicious - the perfect start to every day. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made our stay not only comfortable but truly memorable. To the owners: you can be very proud of your wonderful team. Thank you for making our stay so special! We sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone, and if we return to North Macedonia, we will come back here with great joy.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is located not far from the center, about 10 minute walking distante, in a quieter area on the banks of Bregalnitsa River, where you can have relaxing walks. The Hotel is clean, modern, usually not very crowded, with sufficient facilities. The breakfast was ok. The staff is very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back here again.

“Comfortable stay for very affordable price”
Brilliant hotel. Very beautifully appointed rooms. Lots of small touches to make stay comfortable. Livery bedding and comfortable pillows, nice chairs ( two in the room which was bonus as usually is only one in the room) lovely big shower with rainforest feature. Immaculately clean with floor to ceiling wall window. Great buffet breakfast can be taken on the veranda overlooking the park

“Great new hotel”
We've stayed in Stip a few times, and this hotel is by far the best. It's quite newly built, and everything is very comfortable and works well. Secure underground parking, fast WiFi, friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast, very comfortable and spacious room. What's not to like?

I liked almost everything! Especially that room was cleaned every day and towels also were changed daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful
