“Fantastic”
It was a real home for us for the days spent here. We really enjoyed the surroundings, the garden and the location was excellent and quiet. Claudio was very communicative and prompt, it was a pleasure talking being in contact with him. I totally recommend the villa.

“A wonderful stay in Stintino”
We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house is very well equipped and has literally everything you might need, when you’re on holidays. It’s located about 8min walk from Spiaggia L’approdo, which we actually preferred than the famous La Pelosa (located 15min away). It was very quiet and peaceful around the villa (in October). The weather was fantastic. Marcella, who greeted us on the first day was very lovely and the communication with Claudio was also very smooth. He always answered our questions immediately and had good recommendations.

“Great stay”
The house was super clean and well equipped. Big terrace in front of the house. Walk to the beach approximately 15 minutes. Every room has AC. PS! The store is in another city (Stintino). You can get there by bus (1€).

The house has four AC units inside, so we could keep the climate ok even for us from the north. There is a private parking slot and you need to walk some 50 meters on a nice path with tiles to the house. You can walk to the beach from the house, check the map, it is very close.
