“Short but comfortable”
Owner was extremely helpful, I had forgotten my bank card and he gave me cash against a PayPal transfer. Free ht beverages machine available. Close to seaside and port and boats to Asinara, just a 10 minute walk away.

“Stay away from this fraud”
My child, my wife and me, had a late check in around 20:00 o clock. First the owner was kind and everyrhing seemed to be fine. We had a shower and had dinner in Stintino town. After arriving back ro our rooms, I set on the bed and a wooden part felt on the flor. We checked the bed and realized the bed was completle broken. We contacted mr. Andrea, and he told us the cleaning lady didnt noticed anything wrong with the room, and that probably the bed was broken by someone before us. He tried to fix something-really a poor attemp, but you can see from the pictures, that there was nothing to do. No other accomodarions has been offered to us. With a small child and around 24:00, we had no choice but to stay. The next day I was offered a bottle of wine to forget it all, normally I passed. No discount has been offered to us, and no real senceer appology. The next day we wrote to booking and send them pictures of the broken bed, and dirty appartment, to let them know everyrhing. And later they send us the info, that the owner told them that we broke the bed and were offered an alternative accomodation. Of course i have saved the comunication with the owner to prove, that he is a liar. Also forgot to say, watch out for wild pigs 20m away from the main entrance. Shame on you Andrea for blaiming us...

“Not worth the money!”
Bathroom is in a pretty bed shape. Not possible to close the sink. The front door was broken!

The owner of the place is helpful and friendly. The place is located in a very nice housing area, it has a garden with a place to chill and it is still very close to the center. I loved breakfast! It was delicious - with good quality cheese and sausage, home-made cupcakes and cake and fresh bread. Everything was just perfect!
