“A heaven's corner on the beach close to La Pelosa”

Claudio is such a nice, friendly and generous man. He was taking care of all our needs and finded solutions for all (our kid wanted to rent a skyjet). We really had the feeling that he is like familly to us. The breakfast is very rich, with fresh local products and delicious sweets and fruits, and the view ovwr the sea is outstanding. The vila is immpresive with a big living room with an amazing view, the rooms are really nice and cosy, with big bathrooms. The view from the terrace...I.could live with it forever. Quiet place with a very positive vibe. Small but amazing beach in front of the villa.

Amazing place, amazing location. The view is so marvelous, that you can sit there 24/7 doing nothing, just watch the sea and the sky. One of the best places in the world. We spent fantastic, unforgettable holidays there.

Great location to enjoy sunrises and have first cup of coffee directly on the beach. Delicious food and top service. Hosts are great and very helpful. Everything was clean and spotless. Will come back again for sure :)

An extremely friendly and fun place to stay. Lots of activities to do like sailing, SUP ing, walking and the beach. The breakfast was also yummy. We had a great time.

“Sardinian heaven!”

The location is 20 out of 10. In my opinion it can’t get better than that in Stintino. Sunbeds, umbrellas, paddle board and even a canoe was available for us. We didn’t leave the place for 3days! The design of the place is really nice, it is not a surprise it was originally build for an architect. Our great hosts were friendly, interesting to talk to, super helpful and simply easy going. You really feel like a guest not a client. Absolutely unique level of hospitality. Room was super clean and comfortable. The common areas is a place you do not want to leave. Great, tasty breakfast with many options to pick from.

“Soak in the beauty”

The location of this place is just magical - I could imagine staying longer and just lounging in the comfortable living room, or on the terrace, overlooking the stunning sea. It does not get better than this. Claudio and Sonja took excellent care of us and everything just flowed smoothly. One tip for other travelers: Take micro-fiber towels to the beach close-by: The local beach authority insist on it as a measure to prevent too much sand being carried away in normal towels or beach blankets... first time we saw this. The villa provides micro-fiber towels, so take those to avoid any trouble.

Claudio guest houses is an heaven on earth. Located on sea shore, you can enjoy private access to water and the scenery is magic.

I don’t know where to start. Great location, with a private beach and awesome views. Very nice and friendly owners and staff. It’s an ideal place to relax and forget about everything. Within walking distance from Stintino and la Pelosa. Breakfast is very good. In summary we enjoyed the stay a lot and met some awesome people, what made the stay even better,

This place was magical and we had a wonderful weeks holiday. We didn't rent a car but our host and even some of the other guests who we bacame very friendly with over the week were fantastic. The beach was a mere few steps from our bedroom and the swims before brekfast were invigorating. Our hosts Graziona & Claudio made a great holiday extra special. They literally could not have done anymore to make us feel at home. The evening meals accompanied by a glass or two of wine followed by Claudio on his guitar will remain forever with us. After a difficult past two years, this holiday property destination will only become more popular as the years go by and we wish them both every success for the future.
