Amazing location right at La Pelosa beach. Hotel has a private beach, the view from our room was beautiful! Silent, wake up with sunrise. Good breakfast with fresh fruit. Nice big room with kitchenette. Free private parking.

Fab location, with important free gated parking given the area and the extortionate cost otherwise. The view from the room was picture-perfect. We used the kitchen, that was pretty well stocked with equipment including full-size fridge/freezer and utensils. Room additionally had a kettle and a second (!) smaller fridge. However, what made this so very special was the staff - Petr (?) on reception was absolutely amazing, and was most helpful facilitating a room-change (we requested an upstairs room - well worth it BTW) - but also the cleaning staff, who quickly realised I left my mobile phone in the room, and came to find me rather than just go back to reception. We had a swim with snorkels across to the small island - suggest swim rather than wade, as the bottom is very rough and shallow. - we also had a swim around to the famous Pelosa beach arriving at 6pm to avoid the tourists and tourist tax, and saw some fish, including what we think was a school of junior Tuna. Recommended to have a short walk up the hill and take the path towards Punta Scoglietti. Spectacular and quiet.

The staff was great, we really felt welcome. The location is unbeatable and the view fantastic. Parking is safe and secure. Overall great value for money!

Everything, visited start October, although the place is not modern, it was very clean, with all the amenities you need coffee, tea, sugar, kettle, towels, shampoo and body wash, comfortable, quiet and the staff very helpful. Parking onsite, location amazing, access to la pelosa and the tower walking throughout the water. Restaurant in front of the hotel with the beach and sea views. Private beach. With a 10%discount to dine in the restaurant. We got free beds in front of the beach, in low season, in high season there could be 10 to 15 Euros, cheaper than in la Pelosa beach. It reminds us of Mexican hotels, with bohemia and charm. We really liked it and for the location it was more than we expected due to the reviews, please do not believe the reviews come and enjoy it.

Perfect location for the best beach. The essentials were covered: comfortable beds, a crib for my baby, and basic kitchen utensils. The balcony faced the sea, and when all the windows were open, the cross-ventilation worked perfectly—making up for the lack of air conditioning. A highlight that made all the difference for us, especially with a baby, was the partnership with the restaurant across the street. They provide several umbrellas on a grassy and shaded area under the trees, which is much more comfortable than trying to squeeze into the shade of a single umbrella on the sand. This private restaurant area is located on the smaller stretch of La Pelosa Beach (La Pelosetta), and all hotel guests are guaranteed umbrellas at a very affordable price of just €15. On the larger main stretch of sand, umbrellas with two loungers usually cost €40–50 and require booking well in advance to secure access. Since the description on Booking.com did not mention this partnership or its benefits, we ended up unnecessarily paying about €45 for an online beach reservation we didn’t even use, as we stayed in the restaurant’s private area every day.

This was a relaxed, clean and comfortable stay. Before booking I had read mixed reviews but knew it was the ultimate location and it proved right. Yes the rooms are simple and there is no aircon but for our stay mid Sept it was enough and we were perfectly happy. I imagine in peak summer this may be a problem as the rooms do warm up. We had an awesome view from the deck over La Pelosa. The hotel chairs overlook the free La Pelosetta and we had front row beds with umbrella. It is all the same swim space, beautiful water and nice atmosphere but no crowds. Tip-You must book La Pelosa in advance if you want to use it and it is strictly policed. The hotel restaurant provided a simple breakfast of cereal, fruit, cakes, toast and toppings with barista coffee. It was enough for us. Parking was onsite. We had a lunch and two dinners at the Ristorante La Pelosetta and the food was fresh and delicious, a couple of the best meals we have had.

Excellent location with access to private La Pelosetta beach, from where you can access the main La Pelosa beach for free for swim or walking. The room and balcony have a stunning view of both beaches and the tower. The room was clean and comes with a large fridge & freezer. Free large on-site secure parking. This is a very tranquil setting.

The location could not be beat! We watched the sunrise over La Pelosa beach in the morning from our balcony. Their little beach area was very easy to navigate. The beach bar was ok, practical but the staff was pleasant enough but not overtly friendly. Parking directly on the property which was so important in that area.
